You give wonderful cues that assure me I’m doing the same exercise you are. I also love your speed, because I have the time to be intentional and remember important things like my abs and my breath. And my posture HAS improved! How did you know that? 🤩
We bought an IQ because we couldn’t sustain the price of Pilates at the frequency we wanted and knew it would pay for itself. A great decision! I’ve set up a little tv beside the reformer so that we can tune into a workout. All of your workouts are wonderful! I do my 15 minute warm up and then find a good one, alternating between upper body and lower. We are seniors so sometimes changing the springs at your pace isn’t so quick and easy for us. A couple extra seconds would be amazing, but other than that, no complaints!! Oh and I love when you put the dots for visual! 🔴🔴🔵etc!

There are some cases, e.g. kneeling arm work, where you can do it cross legged, with the legs extended, or seated on top of a box to modify for knee pain. Hi Melanie, thank you so much for putting these workouts on TH-cam. I just discovered Pilates due to injury (sciatica). I would really appreciate it if you can run a slower session as I found it hard to keep up with your instructions. You are too fast for me and bendy to a fault😂😂
