I managed to get a 26mm flat to work on my thunderbird's 212, put it's mostly for race...doesn't like to putt around at low speeds very much but open the flood gate and hold on. I'll let you ride it if you're able to make it in August. In the mean time, God bless brother.

Might want to start filming the build for the upcoming Gopowersports 180 in November. It will be here before you know it. We have our weapon designed and ready to do battle with all the TH-cam builders. I don’t have the time or desire to do videos like TH-cam folks but the equipment we will be bringing should be front running quality builds. Look forward to the friendly competition. 👍🏻
i have managaed to fit a vm30 mikuni on my predator 224 with a new piston and rod, govoner delete and ported the head it runs great i just have to let the bike warm up a bit before i can ride so it dosent bog out. i have not changed the jetting yet and dont know what it is curently
It sounds so much better with a proper end can. Them silencers go power sports sell dnt have any sound to thm and don't look gd either thats my opinion, the v twin u had with proper end cans on sounded mean as f***. The next video is gona be the one for me to watch cos I've gota rebuild my front shocks on my cbr125r I've rebuild shocks before but some tips will be helpful+ I want to slightly stiffen my front shocks up so that they hold up better

Im moving RN but I have 2 bike projects im anxious to get on. an old IT175 no motor but got a predator and clutch setup ready to go and some buddies just gave me a 67 Honda CT200 which is really a 90cc trail bike with hi and low gears. thats needing some love and tires...
I bet u guy's use the cookie sheet's more then u use them for cooking. I use old cookie sheet's to rebuilt carb's all the time for friend's or neighbor's. U should get exhaust fan's near that work area. I do where i work at and also my garage and it get's the smell out dam good. Since i work on carb's all the time. I can even tune Chevy motor's without a timing light. And when are u going to start building ur house?

Alternative to lock tight lock washers I use washer, lock washer then nut.

rub the numbers with a grease pencil or a black crayon. that should help

The reason you’re having so many tuning problems is because you put the carb so far away from the engine
