In the Japanese version she actually says "Crono" three times in a row, and expresses annoyance the third time. The literal sentence (with "Kurono" localised as "Crono", of course) is "Crono... Crono! Crono-ttara!". The "-ttara" ending is a common way for Japanese people to express exasperation, kinda like they English "Hey! come on already!".
This is the thing. Video games do not need to be needlessly complicated. Chrono Trigger was simple enough yet complex enough to encourage you to play through multiple times just to experiment with different character combinations. You do not need an endless boring fetch quest experience to keep the player interested. Even if the game is short you can keep them interested in the different ways to play the game. Case in point is the White Rock....Chono Trigger did it all right. It was the perfect length and provided an exceptional experience to every player. I was young and my mother had to order this game off of Ebay for me but I played it so many times even before with rentals, and I got to experience all the endings and I got to get as many cats as I could....All video game creators, look at Chrono Trigger as inspiration and not as a commercial success, use it for creativity and to expand your creators influence....commerciality is gone, everyone is bored these days, look to the young for ideas, and look to the old to foster those ideas. We cannot continue on selling old to the new. The old are done with the old. Chrono Trigger will forever hold a place in my heart as well as many others, this does not mean it failed, it means there is a changing of the seasons. This is one of the greats, an original. Let it be what it is. Let's move forward, please give us more, let new developers expand their ideas and let them experiment, even if there is failure there is always room for growth, do not be afraid of evolution....please. I love video games but the stagnation is too much. Nier: Automata is a step in the right direction but we need more. We need this sound, this experience....take us to another world, something outside of our scope, show us wonders and make us a prominent figure in this fantastical world....and always remember that cats are important. Thank you.

The only part that I am not a fan of in remixes of this track is that the first few notes at 0:06-0:07 are different; the SNES version plays higher notes there, and I think that this sounds better. And a lot of remixes seem to follow some official sheet music, instead of listening to how the SNES version is played, so most versions tend to play those same different notes.
