    I'm 25, getting migraine since I'm 8 years old. Sometimes 8,10 times a month and sometimes 3,4. All i wanted to say is you are not along. While I'm typing this i still have it.. keep strong and best practice is avoid triggers. Probably we need to fight this for life but it's ok not to be ok.

      That's true.. When I am having migraine it's almost everyday but still I thought it's okay to have headaches.. It's only not to be okay.. Be strong

    I'm suffering from migraines since 7 years old, I just can't no more... so much pain, 2-3 time per week standard, sometimes on hard headache it took me 2-3 days without relieving and just dying and even some strong medicines are worthless... I passed through one micro insult, my smile became asymmetrical and my memory isn't the same. Basically, now I have one, it's day 2 - just want to rip my head off. I understand the people who suffer from this disease so much! Hope you will feel better!🙏🙏🙏

      Drink lot of water and get blood test and see if there is any deficiency. Also, use magnesium powder. Finally, do lot of exercise and yoga

    I can't think straight nor do my daily chores. It's been like 5 years I'm trying to track my triggers still unsure what it is. Though I'm taking precaution based on my observation it's still not enough. I don't want to trouble my family anymore, they been trying whatever it takes to get rid of this but nothing's helping. I guess I'll have to just live with it but I hope I don't mess around with my loved one's feelings with those mood swings of mine :(
