First: the complainant is NOT a dalit. He is a Christian and last I checked Christianity has no such thing as a dalit in its theology. Plus, how can he possibly be a dalit if he is an engineer?? It's all about a person's job/profession!
Second: and becsuse its about a persons job/profession, even this guy in the video, is NOT Brahmin (as claimed) because he is clearly a business man, and NOT of a priestly scholar class, becuase he is engaged in business and not in theological activities.
This idea of hereditary caste nonsense needs to be eliminated. People are not restricted to the jobs and professions of their parents. It's about what kind of work a person does in society and that can be fluid depending on the economic and educational circumstances and opportunities within a given society.
Sir .. Where are you ?. Theoretically you are right -- But when ulterior motive behind all these issues are just pin down some one using something , everything becomes means. Hence whether he is DALIT or other person is Brahmin is not important here -- Here one can see a concerted efforts to malign the reputation of the company and then Individuals . The main reason is jealously and nothing else .. This will go on .. but we BHARATIYAs believe in what RIGVEDA says " SATYAM EVA JAYATE" ( Truth only will prevail)
I agree caste hierarchy is nonsense, but it is an integral part of Hinduism.
@@82abhilash Not really - If that is the case why VEDA VYASA MUNI who is actually divided Vedas into 4 , is called Rishi . He is born in Fisherman community .. Vaalmiki Ramayana is authentic even today -- Vaalmiki is a Hunter .. Too many examples can be given .. Brahmins are forbidden to become Kings .. They are only knowledge repository to be used when they take advisory role to Kings .. Kings were actually powerful people not Brahmins .. Brahmin is not by birth .. Brahmin is by knowledge ( Even Sanskrit meaning is also the same ) .. Those who lived in Forest COULD NOT get adjusted with normal city life and hence they are called as PANCHAMA ( 5 th Verna) . There is absolutely no discrimination -- SRIRAM gave Vara to GUHA / SHABARI and all who are all living in forest .. SRIRAM VANVAAS itself is example . HINDU is not a religion at all -- SANATHAn DHARMA is to what we all belong to .. All means All those who believe in God and PURJANMA .. Too many papers are there on this subject
@@82abhilash No, it is not! It is a social distortion that got hard coded by the British. Swami Vivekananda challenged this and said there is no Hindu scripture of authority that sanctions caste or any discrimination! We are ignorant about our own scriptures, time we started reading those and understanding the real history.
@@raragod Swami Vivekanada obviously has not read the Ramayana or the Mahabharatha or the Manu Smirithi. You are forbidden to read those if you want to become a great swami!

Victhimood is not the main issue. Extortion / greed + targeting and defaming Hindus is what has really happened here.

This case is a prime example no matter how much you bend down, belittle your heritage and disassociate from Sanatan it does not matter to those who will come for you stooping to the lowest possible depth and playing dirty.
Refusing to fight is not an option but an invitation to be eradicated, these people cannot be appeased or reasoned with.
John Doe was the name used to protect that individuals identity from public....just clearing the things out...though I'm not sure if he was a Christian convert or not...but it looks like he was just a pawn of a larger scheme where those individuals/institutions involved here wanted to highlight the caste discrimination inside the US so that they can pass a law on caste discrimination(which i think they did) and when it comes to shove they can attack India and those Hindus present in the US who acquire a higher role(of course they did it with their own perseverance and determination and hardwork)

The way he has to emphasize the job went to another candidate whose caste identity is dalit explains how bad this victimhood has penetrated.
In case, he had given this position to a brahmin candidate,things would have been terrible. This is a great way to penetrate fears in mindset of a population. And the liers of quora and twitter have done a great shameless job of potraying it as caste discrimination.

This calls for a revolution.
The main agenda is to get Caste reservation in IT company in India which is largly hire based on merit. Once client is USA demand their India workforce need to be of some caste mix then we have complete reservation system in place .

Those are Dalits who converted to Christianity and hate the general category people to the core
The resilience shown by Sundar is commendable. They chose a wrong individual to mount their fake caste discrimination case, and lost badly.
He was lucky he was able to show he hired another dalit in a senior position. But what if he hired another upper caste based on merit.
