Sundar ji has shown incredible courage and tenacity in fighting this grave injustice. Evil labs and crd probably thought Sundar and Ramana could be easily bullied into settling the case out of court to save themselves from the horrific ordeal of fighting blatantly false charges. They would have then used this settlement as evidence that all hindus are criminals because of their religion. Kudos to Sundar ji for standing up for the truth at great personal risk. He is owed a great debt of gratitude by all Hindus 🙏
Thanks to PGurus and Shri Iyer for this very interesting interview with Mr. Sundar Iyer. Glad that the case is slowly unraveling based on its lack of merit. For now, the designs of John Doe, Sen. Wahab and Thenmozhi Soundararajan, in manufacturing a spurious category of “caste” discrimination fell flat on its face. But as Sundar Iyer mentioned, when a state agency ( CRD) attempts to cover up facts and present false charges, the hope of fairness and truth winning against a rigged system becomes more tenuous. Fortunately the judge and the governor were fair minded. But such nefarious attempts may continue and one will always have to stay one step ahead, to stay on the side of truth.
How about suing John and the CRD

Mad props for someone who is a creator of real things and self made executive trying to advance technology and help those who helped the cause along the way. Thank you for this wonderful interview. I’m very impressed with Sunder Iyer’s calm demeanor given the hell that he’s been put through.
Without any intent on his part, he’s been thrust in the middle of a misinformation campaign by activists with preconceived notions and agendas. Given his first hand experience in the matter and his disposition he’s the perfect spokesperson to dispel the lies that are being spread against the Hindu community.
I really wish he could meet academics in liberal universities and educate them about the facts in these cases. If anyone can persuade them it’s probably Sunder Iyer.

In my opinion, the plaintiff in the case did disservice not only to himself but to all those who identify with his category. Their prospective future employers, who would have otherwise hired them for their talent alone, will now be very cautious before hiring. Who would want to fight such false cases and ruin their reputation? John Doe and the instigators behind him didn't think of the repercussions of filing a false case and the kind of example it will set for the future.

Glad SB403 got vetoed! Let's avoid identifying ourselves by caste. We're all Indians living in America, and unity is our strength. Just as telling someone not to think about a monkey may make them fixate on it, when people strongly identify with their caste, it can limit their perspective. This can also lead to reverse discrimination and divert attention from pressing issues like homelessness, shoplifting, and infrastructure challenges, which require our collective attention.

Very great to hear the truth which otherwise missed by many. Thank God for wisdom to dawn on the governor for rejecting the bill in its final stage and gave protection to the truth. Sunder Iyer looks a fool by declaring himself as non-relegious. This is the case of many Hindus. Whether you declare yourself non-relegious or religious, they are going to come after you until you convert yourself to Christianity. Non-Relegious status is the first step towards converting you to Christianity. Secondly, it appears that Jhon Doe was required to furnish weekly report, because his output mustn't have been satisfactory. He must have something in mind for not sending weekly report. He didn't wanted to tell the truth behind he not sending the reports. He made a Alibi of cast discriminations. We see many such cases of harassment in India by these Jhon Does.
Still this fool is not ready to understand the dynamics. CRD is also the part of Christian Agenda. The history of CAST politics is all started by Christian evangelists in India.

Courts go by evidence and the fact that he identified himself as non religious long before this case and that his actions all spoke of how he was unbiased against his friend throughout his career gave the clinching evidence as to his intent. It would be the listeners who would be fools not to learn from this case on how to remain steadfast and defend oneself on the basis of truth alone.

That apary - John Doe seems like an incompetent/ low performer and had questionable work ethics / attitude. In another interview, Sundar mentions that there were many complaints against John Doe by his colleagues, peers and some supervisors also. What doesn't add up, is "Why didn't Sundar fire him earlier on....?"
