Back when I played soccer growing up we’d always be in the top 4. Would always beat the teams ahead, and lose to the teams at the bottom frequently. Has to do with mentality going into games
This was definitely a slightly different Columbus, no Nagbe and Morris in the 6 and 8 is crucial. Morris' replacement was supposed to be able to play that day but wasn't available due to some kind of paperwork in France. Still a good game though, plenty of chances missed by both sides.
I'm European and i'm falling in love with MLS. I ditched my ex-team and my country championship some years ago, because everything basically seems staged and corrupt at this point. Trying to pick a team to support and Atlanta seems to have the right vibe. Their stadium is pretty cool also.
yeah i agree, but IMO those headers were amazing. im guatemalan and it seems like Hagen has been losing it. The argentina game was a really good example. But he was so good last year. Idk what happened
Specifically on the goals: that’s all bad defense. If you got more than one player on someone and he still scores, he is either too good or U need to modify your defense. Can’t win them all 🤷🏽♂️
I wouldn’t say empty It’s a 75,000 seat stadium where the NFL Atlanta Falcons play Can’t expect them to sell out a sport that’s the 5th or 6th most popular in the States
Another difficult home win, but we had great performance vs Columbus Crew who took the lead at 36' with Diego Rossi but Stian Gregersen who scored twice (60' & 77) with two nice headers, give the win to our Atlanta United boys!! 😁😁 Who needs Giakoumakis and Almada? 🙂🙂 Well Done Atlanta United boys!! 😃😃😁😁👍👍🤝🤝👏👏🔴⚫🔴⚫
LoL Columbus take the L against a terrible team without Almada, LAFC is winning their away game against a better team than Atlanta by a whopping 3-0. 🤣🤣 zuck on deez nutz, this tells me Columbus had a fluke game against us. 🤣
So tie Nycfc and beat Columbus, ok Atlanta just pick when to be good
Sometimes a team can play really well and still lose. Don't know why!
Nyfc was lucky to tie

Convinced Gregersen has a steel plate in his head cause sheesh
Hasta creí que el segundo gol era repetición, es idéntico
To have 69% possession in this game the defense was a complete let down on set pieces. Hopefully we get a good game come Wednesday.
@@mikaeltorres2746 Colombus was poor this game, besides the set pieces Atlanta had 2 1v1 they missed as well.

A double from Gregersen to get a win for Atlanta! Nothing I was expecting for!
Those Two header was personal 😅
Crew has a month off to rest, get healthy and practice hard for the remainder of the season.

the officiating in this game was embarrassing lmao
Agreed
Actually the officiating in Atlanta games are embarrassing smh

What exactly was embarrassing? Nothing in the highlights indicate that.
@@ericlaich7 If the team has a problem with every referee, don't you think it might be the team, not the refs?
What else way can Columbus could defend those two headers
Columbus Crew. is damned with that goal keeper. Make a move now or you will lose every game ahead of you.

Muyumba it's ass in mid field he loses so many balls they need him out ASAP
