That pen would have been given in any EPL or FA game.
Definitely a pen and you know it would have been called in the EPL, Bundesliga, La Liga etc.
you can’t challenge from behind and make contact with the player in possession, it well ALWAYS be a penalty. it was a bone head play by alex ring.
