If it was an Airhogs model it would be just like that out of the box. Nice but severely under-powered so only flies on a good day, a very good day and those are far and few between so, Airhogs. Make in a duel EDF and it would fly ok I guess.
Now we’re talkin a flyin bumble bee 🐝 . Always wanted to see a cyber truck customized but have the body channeled so it’s more low rider style. Will front canards like the Saab JAS 39 Gripen possibly work? Maybe just add more surface to the wings.
I think canards would be needed for rotation off the ground. or drive up a ramp. For the roll stability, maybe 45 degree winglets would help. good luck
I love this idea but I don't see it getting off the ground (without hitting the edge of the grass) using just the elevons. The rear wheels are behind the control surfaces so no amount of down pressure from the elevons is ever going to push the tail down further than it already is (so that the nose can rotate up). A set of active canards up front might work. Or possibly change the angle of incidence on the wings so its positive when sitting on all four wheels. But anyway it seems like you need to figure out how to make it more stable in the air, then maybe worry about how to do rise-off-ground takeoffs. Very cool idea though. Maybe Elon will offer some advice. 😛
Look up the fmx-4 facetmobile. Looks even more like a Cybertruck than a stealth fighter, and I've made one out of foam board that I eventually got to fly really well. I have a video of my "first draft" that didn't go so well, but you get the idea.
Get yourself some 3D Printer UV resin and paint your parts with that. Tha, after curing with an UV light, all components of your part are still glowing quite bright with some UV exposure. When searching for lost parts of your build, simply carry a 10W UV USB light and a USB battery pack with you and locate the splinters very fast and without any losses at all. In Addition, your parts get some stuctural rigidity without huge additional weight added up. Some resins glow more than others, i can tell you my best pick in exchange for a "developers license" to download your 3D models without the payment process. My database consists of around 9 different types and colors of resin at the moment. Of course would i commit all changes i make to the mode(s)l back to you and keep the files confidential.
@@reeceengineering thats fine with me. I like the ngad and to have another olption for the future. I will provide you with a comparison of my findings and the best solution for your needs. It will also affect the visibility in sunlight, by the way.
@@reeceengineering good to know, but i would have checked your e-mail address against your TH-cam profile anyways, before proceeding, i think. And if i would not habe done that, you would soon know which single resin to buy to instantly get the best glow in the dark effect possible, without spending around 9x 10€ to 25€ or more. I would still be asking the real ngad creator for a free license, as i am doing now with the benefit of some value in exchange. Thanks for the conversation and the small amount of hope you were able to provide to me anyways. Have a beautiful day.
How about vertical stabilizers on the wing tips and angled to keep with the cybertruck theme
Mate, you can try and build XB-70 Valkyrie with 6x40mm, it would be insane!!! 6EDF, so much torque chassis twisting itself
Ok....
His ideas are just getting weirder every video
why make flying lawn mowers when you can have flying cyber trucks? exactly
Make the front bumper an intake with a screen cover
Your spirit and perseverance are so contagious dude! A FLYING CYBER TRUCK?!? Only you would be able to pull this off🔥🔥🔥
@@3DPrintHangar_RC thanks man. I’m not happy yet. I may attempt V2!

Love the concept. Perhaps a canard on the front…. Cool video
Great effort. Jeff in LA USA

was it flying? Or falling with style? LMAO.. good stuff!

Nice try. Oh my, when I see a Cyber Truck fly. ❤
Bro this is hilarious nice work Kyle!
You find the CG with unpowered glide test into tall grass or weeds.
Whoa!! Cool Cybertruck fighter!
It flies like it drives.
Entertaining enough. I can see myself doing that. And will be soon hopefully. Printer still in the box.
I respect this. But also. I need NGAD LMAO
Please... some more thrust vectoring aircraft.
😂 love it.. it flew.. 😊
You could add vertical stabs to the very back of the wings so you don’t have to put it on the body itself
Hand launches at 45 degrees nose up often end in a prompt return to earth. Try launching with the nose level.
The rear wheels are very very far behind the cg. Making rotation on the ground difficult. Main gear on air craft are usually just behind the cg

bro has been doing sidequests after nailing the ngad
NGAD releases tomorrow😁
@@hotlapkyle hell yeah man keep up the great content and designing!

That doesnt sound like an equal trade for a database of 9 resins. Probably worth a plane or two, but not all of them

Could you make the Spinner hover car from Blade Runner?
Have you tried adding “vertical stabilizers” at the wingtips?
or give it longer wings. about 1/3 to 1/4 size extention?
can turn it into a glider with a massive wingspan hah
Goa'uld Death glider needed!
I’m pretty sure everything you see you want to put wings on!
I would have tried pavement first. It doesn't look like it gonna fly.
I can't believe it flew!
@@BillAllyn yeah this won’t be for sale lol unless I redesigned it
It was stalled. Nose was too high..
Maybe throw a gyro in it.
I'll give you an "E" for effort..
Too much drag and CG or thrust angle is incorrect.
oh gawd
😆😆😆
OMG please God no
how about a p80 or a4 or f4 u2 ?
not flying! it was a controlled crash~!
