I brought him a letter thinking & caring for him & that’s the thanks I got it took all this to realise am better of alone with out him….I kept in my peace didn’t react said no problem drove away. He doesn’t live with me yet he sent his doctors letter here that’s his way trying to having a hold over me he knew I’d bring the letter down.. NO MORE TRENT I swear I won’t harden my heart for him I’ll just remove myself from people who can’t speak to me with love 😊id never spoke to my mum like that after everything she done for me….. they did lose my support & true friendship BEAUTIFUL WORDS God bless you love thanks for helping me #ITS REHAB TIME LETS GO…🙌🙏💜💜🇮🇪☘️

Thank you so much Trent. I really needed to hear this. During my training at university. I had a female colleague who I thought was a good friend who was friendly at first. But then started to distance from me when she got with a boyfriend in my year group. She asked how I was and saying with a smirk on her face. “I don’t want to talk to you or sit with you” even though she has been talking to me before in a friendly manner.
I got upset when I lost her. But now I realised that she gained a massive lost to a good friend who I was there for her when she went through her hard times. But didn’t want to return the favour and help me when I went through my hard and sad times.
This is the same girl who said to me, “I consider you to be my best friend and I don’t want to fall out with you” that what was said to me.
This year, I’m not going to waste my energy on people like that or I will not get upset if they walk out my life.
The phrase “When you’re a good person, you don’t lose people, people lose you” I really felt this 100%.
It’s rehab time. Let’s get it.

Thank u Trent those are words to live by cause i had a man in my that i did everything for and then he started cheating on me and physical and mental abuse, then i top of that he stole something that cherish and it holds alot of memories for me and my daughters, and he wants to hold on to it so he thinks he can hold on to me cause he knows that i want it, thing that gets to me is that he's in another relationship cause he knows that if he would give it back to me then i could move on with my life and that he wouldn't be a part of my life so that's why he won't give it back to me.
