Lately been learning the hard way that you CANT please everybody including family and friends, an often times you’re the one who’s taken advantage of for going out of your way to help people who don’t even appreciate it. I have literally protect my peace. I'm not one for people do all that slander gossip n do me wrong anymore with so many triggers and complex PTSD, back in June I have 40% functioning in my heart with my care team at a lost to find out why my heart was weakening to month of August, it changed to normal functioning. It is all what stress n toxic can do to you n how important your mental health is connected to your physical health. All u Trent followers, I have address as much as doctors address that stress is a killer! Protect your Peace!!! Boundaries away from toxic people. The relationship was killing me but now I'm healing my soul!!!!
