I have opted by being at ease in social situations. I moved to the USA a year ago and suddenly feel anxious around people. I know it’s a process. I have to be relaxed and I will be myself more and more. My bf recently told me that I’m too quiet around people and that made me really upset, because I hate myself when I’m quiet. And then I get even MORE anxious. I told him and this is what I believe. There is nothing bad with being quiet and reserved. I rather not hate myself and not pressure myself to say something, anything, if I have nothing to say. I am at peace with myself and how I am. And I know that by being at peace with being quiet, I will feel okay to talk whenever I actually have something to say. The key to a happy life is understanding and respecting yourself and your process

Sorry but i did not find the answer to - How to relieve anxiety? Only some blabbering about self, how I survive in jungles, how I am so great, anxiety-free and fearless, how I drink honey and sustain without torch and food and benefits of not having anxiety etc. without detailed solution to the problem or answer to the ACTUAL question asked..
And the fact that he lied about no getting bit by a bee. And is it even possible to drink hunny with a strow because hunny is kept in wax moldes and you need to break the moldes to get honey.

My dad has always had this kind of an easy going personality in public, whereas I was a little egoistic and uncomfortable. But I could realise and inculcate it only some time ago. I can now totally relate to what Guruji said. Yes it absolutely works 👍👍👍

True, I'm living in chaos right now and I'm always anxious
I honestly can't recall the last time I had a really peaceful goodnight sleep
The thing is, its not a thought. I don't think anything when I'm meeting new people, or going into a room of people I've never met. There aren't questions of will they like me or will they judge me, because I know they won't care. I know that from experience.
It's literally a physical response where I throw up a bit and feel like crying from despair. I then panic and I don't know what it is. I'm trying to leave my university dorm now which I've just moved into. I then saw someone through the peep hole and ran to the other sode of my room 😂.
So I'm gonna just keep a cobra in my pocket. Ya know for ease checks. Lol I love this man. He is so rounded in his personality. Humor sensitive speaking seriousness all in one makes you listen and hear what he is saying and it's always positively uplifting. DIY of living.

I'm going to a party next week and I'm terrified. I just got back from a bar and I sat there for 3 hours quiet because I was afraid to talk to people. I don't think I'm ready for this party because I cant stop thinking about what other people are thinking

How do you be at ease? Physical yoga but what's the other yoga he talks of? That you believe we all one? Yoga and meditation help? I don't think many people who even do this can be at ease at approaching new people who look like trouble or someone you like in a public place with people watching. But he managed to stay at ease at a bees nest and with snakes? So it's a lot of meditation and yoga that can make you calmer and be a peace even in possible danger?
I was qualified for si ..next process is events physical efficiency test..can yoga help me for qualify in running , high jump and long jump

Whenever somebody get angry with me or some argument some fight with some one happens I feel so so anxious Yaar, I can'tdo anything in that state what to do
Form a habit chain (like a IF THEN trigger for your mind) to look at the current moment as being completely existential and impossible to change, static. The next moment holds lots of possibilities if you retain the ability to choose how to respond to each and everything, including the argument your body and the other human is having. Then you are in an "acceptance" state, in yoga, and are able to think about what to do about it without any suffering.
You first having to accept the *current moment*.
Then see your ability to choose how to act and respond to everything around you
That's how I solved it at least - I never felt in control or at my best in heated/fast discussions either

Not a single video of Sadh Guru is devoid of laughter.
Its mostly because of insecurity, one is afraid to express their emotions fearing it will get trampled. But somehow we have to manage the friction of who we are and how we handle everything without letting it influence too much. A fearing path is such that you cant go on avoiding it forever, it will somehow catch up with you and when it does, you wont be able to handle it because you've grown used to avoiding expressing things rather than facing it. Definitely there is risk but without it, you cant become stronger nor explore anything new. If its pointless or of no meaning then its okay, but if there is a meaning to interact, then you'd have to jump in it. No other option. There is no outside solution
