5 minutes to 10 minutes ...... you can do it for five minutes and then change your position for another five minutes.... that would be sufficient.... namashkar

You didn't tell that for how long one should sit with one hand posture before changing it.
He said you have to do it very slow: breathing very slow, move very slow. I guess it is really up to you to decide what your 'slow' is and how long you prefer to take in one pose

thanks for bringing it up ! by simply opening all the locked fingers and joining hands like namaskar position.keeping the slow movement of the hands.
