LFG! Thank you so much for sharing our Multi-Flight machine with the world! We are just getting started and this machine is one of the many heavy-duty, commercial grade machines that we want to make accessible to the home gym community. Version 2 is available for pre-order now! If anyone has a question about the ordering or delivery process, please get in touch!
Yeah I've got a question @TempleofGainz What's up with all the seemingly harsh language on the site about returns and general terms and conditions? There are sections in there where you're not even held liable for wrong product info, pictures, etc.
@@BrandonSchwartz1 Hi Brandon! Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Quite honestly, the terms and conditions are Shopify-generated templates that we had our legal team review and approve. That said, I will take I look and read through them in detail and address the very important points you brought up. I can guarantee you that we double, triple, and quadruple check all product listings and information, and in the rare case that we have an issue with an order, everything is addressed to our customers' satisfaction. Regarding the return policy, our goal is to price these machines as attractively as possible, so we absorb the majority of the shipping/freight cost for all machines, which is not cheap. Return shipping is also very expensive, and we do not resell any machines that have been opened or returned. We will replace (at no cost to you) any parts that may be defective, broken, etc., in the unlikely case they arrive that way. I hope this assuages your concerns and I will be re-examining all policies immediately and updating them as necessary! Thank you, Yoni - owner of Temple of Gainz
Super interesting machine! Can you elaborate differences between same exercises (such as front raise and lateral raise) performed on this multi-flight machine VS cable ? What are the advantages over traditional cable? Also pectory fly, how does this compare to machine fly? Thanks
@jumbosideas2840 Hey it's us, Temple of Gainz here! Happy to answer this question :). The benefit of using this machine is the stability offered by the fixed motion path, for all movements. This allows you to really blast the targeted muscles, be they the anterior, lateral, or posterior delts (for shoulder movements). Yes, all of these movements could be performed with cables (or dumbbells), but it's the classic machine vs. cables/freeweight discussion! It's also hard to explain, but when using a cable, you do not feel the same constant tension curve on a lateral or front raise, unless you are leaning over (i.e. holding functional trainer and your body is at an angle). Regarding the pec fly, there are actually several ways to perform the pec fly on this machine. You can have the sliding assembly higher up, which feels almost like a decline fly, or you can have the sliding assembly further down, and use the head support pad to stabilize yourself, which feels more like a pec-deck style fly. The lack of a back pad (like a pec deck) in this scenario means you actually have LESS stability than a pec deck, which offers a very unique way of forcing you to really focus on contracting your pecs to perform the movement. Hard to explain, but the pec fly movement is very unique and almost impossible to replicate with other machines or dumbbells/cables. Happy to answer any questions you might have and please check out our website and get in touch! We are taking orders for Version 2 of the machine, which includes the handles that Joe previews in the video, as well as a new dial design with more dial stops, for nearly 360 degrees of starting positions for maximum pre-stretch and versatility! - Yoni (owner of Temple of Gainz)
@@TempleofGainz That was a very clear and concise answer! Thanks for taking the time to explain. So this machine basically isolates delts better than cables, barbells and dumbbells, while making a pec fly more compound. This is quite an interesting proposition. Now before pulling the trigger, I'm gonna need to be sure that I will love the way this machine feels. Does it feel identical to that of an Italian counterpart that costs several times more? If so, I will try on that red Italian machine, see if I love it, and buy from you. Thanks.
@@jumbosideas2840 Of course! Nothing I like talking about more than fitness equipment lol! In reply, yes absolutely. It provides isolation and is just plain fun and easy to use and set up. The selectorized weight stack, hydraulic lift, and pin-select allows you to change weights and settings quickly. It's also incredibly compact and we all know the challenge with every gym is finding/maximizing space! Basically, once you set it up, it's just begging to be used lol. I find myself super-setting some type of exercise with it, even on lower/leg days, just because of how fun and accessible it is to use. Regarding the Italian machine you are referring to (wink wink nudge nudge) I would say that after the V2 handle change, the feel is extremely similar. (I have used that one myself and that is when/where I decided we needed to change the handles.) Their machines are incredible and the quality is paramount, but I don't have $10K to spend on one machine, and not sure most people do. We cannot compete with their overall fit and finish (they truly are the Ferrari of fitness equipment), but for 1/5th of the price I believe you get 99% of the the functionality and feel. Happy to answer any other questions you have!
@@TempleofGainz I have one more question, I checked your website and found that this machine can be used for pulldowns/pullovers, I searched all over the internet and couldn't find a video that demonstrates how those exercises are performed. Can you explain how to use this machine for those back exercises?
Thank you! Joe did an incredible job showcasing its features and build quality. Please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing one for yourself!
