In a commercial gym, those 3 primary exercises would be favoured over other choices, as they're that good. In a home gym, I think you may be a bit more experimental with the use and variety. Pulldowns do feel nice, too, just a little light for me. It's a really decent piece of kit, maybe even edging a classic station like a 2-in-1 pec flye/ rear delt. Glad you like it! :) Matt
