@@Cream-2128 No one on that team we see here can stop Sentry (Void), and there's a asterisk on the title for a reason. My guess is that Void eliminates half the team, then Red Hulk is called in to stop Void. Then we get a more comic accurate Thunderbolts (no asterisk) lineup in the sequel.

Pretty sure the whole point of things since Infinity Saga ended was to have multiple threads/settings so they can do some space fighting stuff and some ground work. Things just slowed down while they were setting things up and some people have no patience.

Gotta say I’m actually surprised how good this looks. It’s refreshing to see a Marvel movie where they’re more low profile and not doing planet/multiverse ending scenarios for the first time in a long time.
Brings me back to good ol' fun and goofy superhero movies where actual time, love and effort is put into them

Yeah, that is nice. I just wish it was closer to the actual Thunderbolts (a team of villains posing as heroes that becomes a team of former villains choosing to be heroes) rather than a copy of Suicide Squad.
Has a general vibe like DC's The Suicide Squad. Maybe a bit more serious. But definitely a nice change after The Marvels.
