Try using either some unbleached flour or maybe some added gluten to help with the dryness.
@@TheZettarose I'm sure your advice will be considered, however, it was possibly a matter of too much flour or not enough liquid, added. I'm a bread maker from way back and I've done that a few X's, once recently. It happens. She'll correct it...said she was in the process of perfecting the recipe. Either flour you mentioned will only dry it out further, in my opinion (hope it was humble enough). Blessings to you. Glad you commented.
@@TheStaffOfLife I wasn’t telling her to use more flour. I was saying to use unbleached flour instead of all whole wheat flour and it was a suggestion to try. I know she’s in the process. I made bread for seven years with no store bought bread and I learned that complete whole wheat flour is dryer.
@@TheZettaroseok, no issues. I went back over the video and Lisa called it whole wheat multi-grain bread. Not sure if Lisa meant all the flours used in the dough, Or grains added to the top. Either way, still glad you commented. Even when using whole grain flour, more liquid could remedy the dryness. You would def NOT use gluten flour in a whole grain loaf.

This is one busy week and weekend for me as well. I have been out and about preparing for the June Birthday BBQ. My granddaughters was, June 18, my daughter in law the 23rd and mine the 24th in which my twin came from North Carolina to celebrate our 70th birthday together. my sewing is on hold until next week, but I downloaded the pattern and instructions.

Congrats on reducing your blood pressure...and I am so impressed with all of your canning and baking...I am behind on the clues, but I go slow...I need some tips on fabric placement after the first and second pieces are sewn and trimmed...Jack the ripper and I have spent too much time ripping out pieces that were too short and didn't cover the space for the third and following sections. I feel like I missed something along the way...do you have any tips to help with placing the fabric so it isn't short and have to be ripped out and resewn? Thanks so much for your help. Have a great afternoon...
