Finally got to finish watching this video. I started when you we live and had to stop. Our internet has been out ever since. A technician will be here on the sixth of Sept. They are crediting our account for 3 weeks and they should. It has been so frustrating. I finally figured out (got help) how to use cell phone as a hotspot. BTW, Ken’s Sewing Center in 20 minutes from my house. They sure get around!!! Enjoy your new machine!!!

Is there a template somewhere I can get to make my own labels? I have the printer, ink, paper, 2 heat presses and a ton of ribbons.
I made my own template for setting up my labels in a program called Inkscape :)

The light doesn't bother the sublimation paper.
Nope :) There's no heat from the lightpad, just light. The inks are activated with the heatpress :)
