Wow! This lady is amazing in all she has done and is doing. I'm relieved to know someone is fighting on our behalf to allow more tiny home communities everywhere. Tiny homes are only allowed in RV parks in my central Florida area with renting land is the only option. I'm glad she allows people to choose what is the best option for others. I hope and pray that one day there will be a tiny home community near my area where i work just like her community. One thing is for sure after watching this tiny home TH-cam video I have hope just like her shirt spelled out. I am so thrilled to hear that Jinkie is now acting as a consultant and advisor and helping pave the way for laws to be changed to make tiny home communities - such a brilliant idea and SO needed in this day and age - a reality. That's where I want to move! I lived briefly in Kitsap County back in 2018, but looking more towards Clallam or Jefferson Counties. I was offered a couple of work positions in Vancouver, but am concerned that Clark County might be too hot, crowded and expensive.

I like that idea.But.I would want my house wider than 8 feet I think that,s what she said her house was.I have a reprint of the Pacific Ready Cut House Company of LA.They have some houses that are 16feet by 24 feet for bungalow courts which they also built.Smallest width house I want is 16 to 22 feet.. Cool place, but I want a permanent foundation.

These communities need to be as common as trailer/manufactured home communities have been throughout the U.S. So many states, including my home state of Michigan, are woefully behind in ensuring laws to make tiny communities completely lawful, without having to be tied to a resort, for instance. I so admire all of the work she has put into this and all that has been achieved. Just amazing. I, too, dream of having my own TH but I struggle to figure out how to afford it. I live in Denver where TH on wheels are not allowed, and any property for TH on a slab is just not affordable. I work with the unhoused and am still looking for a location where I can still do my hearts work, afford a TH and not necessarily have to also buy a car because that would probably break the budget. If I could figure that out, I'd pick up and move, and I'd finally achieve my dream.

What an accomplishment !! I’m heading to the website ! I moved to FL, Vero Beach, and bought a doublewide mobile home. I wanted to go Tiny, and to be closer to my 90 y/o Dad. Little did I know there has been toxic mold behind the walls and ceilings, and little did I know how sick mold could make one. I also didn’t realize that mold could affect electrical wiring, leaving half my house without electricity. It’s a catch 22 situation. Doctors can’t help me until I’m out of the mold, and I would only sell to flippers. I’ve been looking at Tiny’s in other States, I never thought they were here in Florida. What a wonderful service jinkie is providing for folks who want to go tiny, have community, and financial freedom. I have mad respect for Jinkie, for creating her dream, that in turn has given folks their dreams come true. This is a beautiful community !

Hello I just like to thank you for an amazing channel. I'm 62 years old, live in Philadelphia, lost everybody. Basically in a short time frame as yourself and I'm living in a studio. Lost my husband and just looking at your show when you invite when you invited people into your home and showed how you live and the cutest little doggies you have. I love it and I wish I can be as strong as you and I wish I can be as strong as you I have Lupus and I live in a studio on the second floor again. I’m currently about to go look at a tiny home on wheels and I also am interested in getting a van that I can live in part time when traveling as well ! 😮 I too have a big lion, actually two of them in my living room ! This is blowing me away!😮 I also have wanted a place where I had a piece of land that I could have container gardening. I had container gardening on my fourth floor lanai back in 2020 and it ended up looking like a forest. I did very well. You are an answer to prayer. I can completely understand her when she said her life had crashed and burned and I've become very inward focused to the point I may not leave my home for days or weeks on end. Which is ok, because i like my solitude. I haven't decided what i want to do. I sold a 3bd/2/ba 2 car garage, brick on a large fenced lot. I got a full price offer the day it was listed. I'm working on my 2nd house flip, these house flips were mine and my husbands hobby, we worked so well together. He was my soulmate. But since his traumatic death its beem difficult to find the gumption to finish the 2nd house l, it's about 80% finished, so im almost finished. And the last home is a 1901 farm house, which i adore It was the 1st house i ever bought it sits on 2 lots. It has a full usable basement (that does leak) and a full attic conversation for what ever anyone wants it to be. Once i finish the farm house I'll decide if i need to sell and have a tiny cottage built. I have the land to put it on, but I'm still on the fence about going tiny. Either way, you've given some great ideas. ☮️✌🏻. XO from the hippiechick and cowgirl (was the name of my boutique). Maybe after i finish the flips, i may back into retail sails. But its my life and i have no obligations or bills and am basically free to do what I'd like. I might hsve to come out and visit your little settlemant. Im impressed and intrigued.

I could cry seeing this. It looks like a perfect oasis for us in the very near future. We live near Nashville and it’s growing out of control . We dream of a day where we can live in a warm place with less stuff and spend our days doing what we like instead of working too much to simply keep up. I’m not sure how much it’ll cost to transition to this but I hope I can pull it off. Thank you for the hope!!✌🏻

I’m currently about to go look at a tiny home on wheels and I also am interested in getting a van that I can live in part time when traveling as well ! 😮
I too have a big lion, actually two of them in my living room ! This is blowing me away!😮 I also have wanted a place where I had a piece of land that I could have container gardening. I had container gardening on my fourth floor lanai back in 2020 and it ended up looking like a forest. I did very well. You are an answer to prayer. We need someone like you and Washington to stand for us who have tiny homes.

I've watched tons of videos of people starting out their communities and saying, how difficult it's very scary too, but once it's done, look what you've created. Absolutely. Although I could never live tiny - what an inspiring story! I watch tiny videos for their creative designs and solutions and to get ideas while I slowly remodel my 79 year old prairie ranch house (a mansion of 864 sq. ft. + an 624 sq. ft. garage/shop). Thanks Jinkie!

I am so impressed with what you've accomplished. I feel more hopeful about finding a tiny living community like the one you created. I'm looking at the Pacific Northwest, and hopefully the Olympic Peninsula. What you've done for others is a Godsend. I can completely understand her when she said her life had crashed and burned and I've become very inward focused to the point I may not leave my home for days or weeks on end. Which is ok, because i like my solitude. I haven't decided what i want to do. I sold a 3bd/2/ba 2 car garage, brick on a large fenced lot. I got a full price offer the day it was listed. I'm working on my 2nd house flip, these house flips were mine and my husbands hobby, we worked so well together. He was my soulmate. But since his traumatic death its beem difficult to find the gumption to finish the 2nd house l, it's about 80% finished, so im almost finished. And the last home is a 1901 farm house, which i adore
It was the 1st house i ever bought it sits on 2 lots. It has a full usable basement (that does leak) and a full attic conversation for what ever anyone wants it to be. Once i finish the farm house I'll decide if i need to sell and have a tiny cottage built. I have the land to put it on, but I'm still on the fence about going tiny. Either way, you've given some great ideas. ☮️✌🏻. XO from the hippiechick and cowgirl (was the name of my boutique). Maybe after i finish the flips, i may back into retail sails. But its my life and i have no obligations or bills and am basically free to do what I'd like. I might hsve to come out and visit your little settlemant. Im impressed and intrigued.
