Chance!!!! This one is amazing! I showed my husband, who is out mowing right now, but told him when he sits down long enough for me to show him, I want to! We need a new place for our camp and this would be perfect. We host a lot at our camp and it sleeps 15 easily and has slept 50 at 1x. Plus, we set it up for those with RVs or travel trailers to hook up. Our camp has seen better days and, unfortunately, living in the Pineywoods of Texas, we've had some termite damage that has done some irreversible damage. But this! With the decks, cleaning stations, and storage! It would make for an amazing place to host hunters and fishermen for the Big Bass Splash and allow me to do all my food prep and staging for the hungry people. My only complaint is the lack of pantry space and that weird corner next to the fridge. Other than that, it's perfect. Thanks again!
When you said that this was a base camp model and I saw all those windows the same distance apart, I thought it might have bunk rooms and multiple bedrooms to hold a big camping party, etc. Now to see what it really is. Hey, I was right! A great home for a family with a bunch of kids and the price wasn't too bad either.
Years ago I was the leader of our churches Jr High Youth Group and this house reminds me of the cabins we stayed at during our retreats. They were perfect for the location on a lake in the forest, very woodsy vibe. However I would have to totally revamp the inside if I were to live in it. I do like the concept and they did an excellent job making look rustic.
I am blown away by the comment section. Did everyone not read the title or watch the video with the sound off? This home is for camping and hunting. I have never done either but I can understand why there is no tub or no closets in some rooms. What do you think the wire shelf system is for? Chance also talks about customizing. If you like the home you can get what you want for something that is your permanent residence. I could not believe the amount of people who said "no for me- no closets" or " no bathtub? forget it". Unbelievable!!

I disagree with each bedroom needing it's own bathroom this is not a mansion or a hotel. 2 bathrooms are enough for a family of 5-6. Our grandparents were lucky to have a small bathroom in a small 900 sq ft house raising 4-5 children and they did just fine. I would rather have a 1.5 baths and more closets, do you spend all your life in a bathroom?
Hello Chance. That was a Millard Duck, the colored one a male, and the other a female (we use to have several pairs that used our pond right beside the house, when we lived in Washington State; they would come right to my husband and eat out of his hand); the sitting duck is a wood duck, the other one we're not sure of, (maybe a female wood duck?). If I had the house if would be a primary home, so a lot of the "camp" would be removed. There are a lot of places that can be set up as a gun room , and as my husband's hobby room. I like the amount of rooms, but a lot would have to be rearranged for me to have it as a home. On the other hand, it will make some family of hunters , or even just a collections of friends, a Great Camp set-up!!! God bless y'all, Chance.
Love that front porch! Love that it's wide & you have lots of room. Only thing it's missing is a swing!. Love floorplan of home. Would prefer more overhead cabinets instead of open shelves. Wish you had opened that refrigerator, Chance. Would love to have seen the space & shelves in it. Back deck very nice, too.
Oh I love love love this home we are looking for true utility with a full handicapped daughter with wheelchair… this is perfect just a wonderful house!
Really nice! Very nice camp lodge or weekend getaway, even a base camp for a kids summer camp! Hell, even a mini orphanage. Love all the big bedrooms though. Very nice.
Sign me up for camp! 😂 Loved thos place, the counter tops were really nice and loved the rustic feel to the place. The whiteboard by the front door would also work great for a large family "command centre" where you write everybodys weekly schedule like whos got after school activities, whos got a dental appintment etc and the wire racks are great for oragnisation for little kids
I really like that bass camp House, amazing room good space awesome deck in front and back the side pretty good that will be a really cool place to live and put it right beside a nice Lakeshore or a river🏠🤯😁✌️
Would be an amazing investment property. Airbnb or rental if you have the land, this could def be a whole retreat for families to stay in for a camping trip. Put a hot tub outside etc, you’d def get $200+ per night easy! If it was cheap enough it would be a nice place to have on your land if you have a big family, everyone comes over once a year for thanksgiving and can sleep under the same roof

Mr. Chance, please acknowledge that there are "Lady" hunters too. I hunted in my younger years and I have a neice who is a very active hunter. She chomps at the bit for hunting season to start.
The 2 bathrooms off of the bunk rooms are not full baths. They are 3/4 baths (some parts of the country call them a 3-peice bath). A full bath also has a tub (or 4 piece). Loved the home, especially the bunk rooms. Love your videos!
Consider, swapping the kitchen island and dining table. It places the dining table into the kitchen atmosphere and would create a bar hangout nearer the fireplace. 👍🏼
Sad that you will never see a sight built house of that quality and with the thought put into that build. The team that designed this monster actually LISTENED to their costumers and installed features they need. Better than any stick built house.
Hello Chance I’d like it for a house! But closets are needed in the other bedrooms! That bare wall in the kitchen should have more counter and cabinet space. No pantry??
Two hot water heaters? Option in a tankless! Those racks are for a garage. By the time one options in the porch and decks, it will be $300K. Then, the dealer tacks on another $50K at least.
