In this video I'm making a super easy luxurious body moisturizer. It's basically a thick creamy lotion that glides on the skin and leave a silky feeling and a beautiful glow without being greasy. I used murumuru butter and sweet almond oil to create this moisturizing lotion or as i like to call it a luxury body cream. I hope you enjoy. Ingredients (4oz)
79g Distilled Water
6g Murumuru or similar butter
17g Sweet Almont Oil
6g Emulsifier
3g Cetyl Alcohol
1g Vitamin E
1g Fragrance (optional)
Preservative (depending on the preservative used follow directions on lable)

What's the emulsifir name you're used?
What are the “optimal” temperatures? Never heard of this other then with the Lye, I assumed that as long as you heated the ingredients at a low heat temperature everything is fair game, if that’s not the case what temperature should my oils be? Thanks in advance

I’ve never used that type of butter in my DIY skincare but have always wanted to try it. Would u say it’s lighter or heavier than Shea butter? She’s butter can actually bother me because it irritates my eyes so I need an alternative.
It feels lighter than shea butter to me.

Yes i did you can test out leucidal plus, germal plus and optiohen to see what your preference is.

I have only uses it for my personal use but I would think it would be fine ☺️
Its gonna melt but not seperate because of the emulsifier, add a note to your shipping package to tell your customers to put it in the fridge asap after delivery.

I think its a little to thick for a face cream i prefer it for the body ☺️
Also is it compulsory to use the acetyl alcohol? If not what can you use in place of that? Anyone with an answer can help me with that, thanks
I used stearic acid and Ewax in another formulation, came out great too!
