    Good evening, love watching your videos and now following your instructions to make creams and lotions. I just made this moisturizing cream. I also just learned from you🌹about testing ph levels. So I was wondering why there wasn’t a need to check the ph level with this one? Thank you❤️🌹

    Hi Cecil, I just made this lotion. When blending with the stick blender, it kinda of gelled then I turned up the speed. It then turned really thin. Will it thicken up? What speed did you blend your lotion at?

      Hello! thank so much your video are alway beautyful!!! I have 2 questions for you. You mentioned a list of non comedogenic oil but I do not find it....
      I noticed that glycerin is too "sticky" and I prefer using a lower amount, can I use less than 5 grams (for example 3gr glycerin and the rest water)? May I add xanthan gum to make the cream less liquid? How much for this mix? Thank you so much 💗

    • @cecilvig
      @cecilvig  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For 100 grams of the cream, 3 grams glycerine is perfect. If you prefer something less sticky, you can use D panthenol or propandiol.
      Propanediol is a natural, environmentally friendly propylene glycol alternative derived from corn sugar and used as a humectant, hair and skin conditioner, preservative enhancer and solvent with a light, non-sticky, slightly dry skin feel.
      Propanediol increases the moisture content in hair and body care products and at 5% is better than propylene glycol.
      In combination with glycerine, propanediol will help reduce the stickiness of glycerine.
      I forgot to attach the list. thank you for reminding me.

    Dear Cecil plZ explain hand mixer is the only reason for the mashmellow consistency of the cream I’m always ending up with bubbly cream it’s not creamy at all by the way I’m using a hand mixer

    • @cecilvig
      @cecilvig  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hand mixer and the length of time used invites a lot of air bubbles into an emulsion.
