I've read once about blood type AB that is one of the types, or the one, not sure, that has low stomach acid. I'm depending on what I eat I don't feel bloated at all. Hi Tony-I'm reading your book, binge watching your channel and i feel like all kinds of light bulbs are going on in my head. I've struggled for a while. Found you when looking up stomach acid information. I have a question that's off topic of this video. Why would someone have reflux after eating carbs? I had and still have this issue sometimes. I can digest meat just fine, with no bloating or reflux but when I eat rice or potatoes, especially at night, I get reflux. I thought it might be a low stomach acid issues, but does that even make sense if I can digest meat with no problem?

Got stomach pain right after eating i took hcl like 2-3 tabs before eating with zinc and the pain is still here 😢 i check with endoscopy and doctor said its all normal so i dont know how to fix it ... should I continue Hcl ? More quantity maybe ?
S bulardii cncm I 745 , a good multiprobiotic to stack with. glutamine, acv, lots of water and fiber rich foods. Also some times we need bile acid also.. Could Omeprazole be causing my constipation?
Yes, very possible, as omeprazole turns off gastric acid production, hence can prevent complete digestion.

There are people who believe this, and I certainly think it can be a factor, but I think other things can dictate bile flow as well.
The gallbladder does not make bile, the liver makes the bile. The gallbladder stores the bile

I have been constipated since my twenties....I am 46y/o, have 3 kids and I can easily go 10 days without... I'm 84 and I used to get up to pee four times a night..... That got to be old stuff.. oh I still pee four times a night, I just no longer bother to get out of bed ...:)....

Got stomach pain right after eating i took hcl like 2-3 tabs before eating with zinc and the pain is still here 😢 i check with endoscopy and doctor said its all normal so i dont know how to fix it ... should I continue Hcl ? More quantity maybe ?
S bulardii cncm I 745 , a good multiprobiotic to stack with. glutamine, acv, lots of water and fiber rich foods. Also some times we need bile acid also.. So, for me, hcl with every meal and tudca 2 hours after meal was the trick! Hope the best for you and hope to find the solution. I gave you some of what i used.

From my experience, stress will cause diarrhea, not constipation.
