oh dear, I was hoping this was the case, but my very loose stools are very dark brown, so would this mean that bile is not the likely cause. I had constipation until I adopted a carnivore diet. Is it just a matter of experimenting to try to figure out whether problem is too much or too little acid?

    • @shaimaya1117

i’ve always been on constipation side still am, in the past i used to get nauseous like once every while and ill feel better when i vomit if i couldn’t vomit ill just put my fingers in my mouth to throw up go back lay down again the urge to throw up and the minute i throw up a green or yellowish bitter thing ill feel totally better my mom used to suffer frm that too. i wonder what that is n y i feel better when that is out each time i feel nauseated whether frm food, travel or surgical procedure keep throwing up and still feel nauseated by the way the worst kind of feeling but the minute that bitter yellowish bit of vomit comes out its like day n night can you explain what that is and why i feel better when i womit that one. once i had a small surgical procedure when i was out of anesthesia i had nausea kept throwing up had to put me fingers in my mouth to make myself vomit few times until the bitter yellow sometimes greenish water comes out once i vomit that im good i don’t know what that is how to fix it. because some people even after anesthesia or surgery don’t face the misery of that nauseous feeling but i do why is that please let me. oh by the way when i was forcing myself to vomit the nurse said don’t do that you need it that’s all i heard but if it’s something i need y i feel 100% when i vomit. srry if my question is all over the place but i hope u understand what my question is.

Everything you name it and got h- pylori - blocked bile duct - diverticulitis - low stomach acid - gout - low pancreatic enzymes - lost alot if weight from malnutrition and diarrhea ! cut back on drinking - started bile salts - cbd - graviola and a digestive enzyme formula with plenty of fiber ! I wished I knew about OX bile at least a year before I end up with Gall Bladder and Stones , because I would have taken them.
One early morning, I woke up with pain in my stomach , went straight to the hospital and found out I have this >>> Gall Bladder , Stones, GERD, Acid Reflux , Erosion Esophagus . For the first 2 years , I did more research then ever , stressed out , sick, went to 10 hospitals with in several months and NOT one doctor "ER" could tell me what was wrong . Then I found out last year 2023 , I had Hiatal Hernia , and this year 2024 , I had Low Stomach Acid . When you have a lot of things wrong at the same time, it become OVERWHELMING .
And then this year 2024 , I found out , up to 20 family and friends have Acid Reflux , Esophagus issues . I bought TC Hale Book and that helped me a lot on Amazon . Which I highly Recommend. Because everyone who has this kind of health problems, deserves to feel well and get back to being happy .
I have pass it Forward to those on this videos , families and friends .
I just want everyone to enjoy life !!!

It's a sad commentary for the medical profession when a comedian knows more about the digestive process than they do. It's also sad when in the last 35 years of going to 5 different gi docs I've never been asked once: "What have you been eating". It's just a prescription for your symptom game.

The medical profession doesn't want to waste ( his / her ) time , if ( he/she ) not making huge amounts of $$$$$$ . And I am NOT speaking about all of them.
I been to several GI doctors, and 100% none of them asked me , what I ate .
I totally have another G.I. doctor who "ONLY DOES TESTING " and he does the test, I have done every 6 months to keep tracked of Esophagus.
      Which, I appreciate .
It's hard to find a "good physician" in this region. They either leave to another State or retire at a young age. This is why, people will travel to the next state to visit with "Good Physicians" . I have two Awesome physicians in the next state. Bigger hospitals.

“ when we poop like a champion” 😂😂🎉
I remember when I had a 14 day fasting, after the 7th I had an urge to poop and then I’ve got out several balls of something that took like fatty eggs! I guess that was lumps of bile! Before that in the veinings I drank every evening 2to 3 spoons of vinegar and the juice of half of lemon mixed with little water! I felt I had a really good sleep and also some movement in to the liver area. Was it wrong of me doing that? I like learning about metabolism! And I hope some day I can buy your book from audible! My wife had her gallbladder removed and had the same symptoms for years. Her triggers were sugar so she cut it from her diet. Helped but still had ibs w pain and bloating and then diarrhea. This was going on for years so we went to a GI surgeon and he recommended benefiber (without the sugar) with probiotics and taking 2 tablespoons daily in the morning. He said that it works like a binder like the medication this doc mentions. It’s been about two weeks now and she no longer has any of the symptoms however still watches her diet. None of these scenarios applied to me.... I've had loose stools for many years, so I tried taking Betaine HCL, it only gave me indigestion (I was burping acid). I take Apple Cider Vinegar with meals, it doesn't do anything for me. I tried taking ox bile with food, it didn't really do anything. I tried taking ox bile 2 hours after my meals, it gave me bile acid diarrhea. I just don't know what's going on with my digestion... it's a mystery! But I know I have issues with malabsorption and the loose stool has something to do with it.

Im thinking if your stomach is not acid enough, it wouldn't trigger bile flow in the duodenum. Likely resulting in some undigested food in the stool. Raw carrots would be something that would show easily in the stool in that case. Of course I still cant figure out why i have weeks of right rib cramps after an episode of what i think was a mild gallbladder attack. No huge pain, just fullness, tightness and cramping under the rib that gradually subsided over several weeks. Yet still have a slight tightness under that rib.

Why is it called bile acid when it’s alkaline?

Bile acids are just one component of bile. Bile is alkaline.

Why call the bile fluid an acid if it is alkaline? Wouldn’t it be more accurate to call it an alkali? Shouldn’t the condition be called “bile alkali diarrhea?”

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

bile acids are contained in the bile itself. and this is not the only name in science that is confusing. :)

I had my gallbladder removed in 2017. I had constant diarrhea after eating meals. After my colonoscopy in 2020, I asked my gastroenterologist what can be done about the constant diarrhea. He suggested taking Metamucil. I now take two teaspoon of Metamucil mixed with 8 ounces of water and now no diarrhea.

Same for my Dad. He had chronic kidney disease. When Mum died, we moved in together. One explosive accident after another (poor bugger) I thought we have to bulk this up. He was on heaps of medications too. So the suggestion from me was have breakfast, then have your medications, he had part of his colon removed years ago, so quick transit time. Suggested Metamucil at night because I read it can assist sleep, not in a Stillnox way as his insomnia was next level which made mine next level. Long story long, we were seeing results. But it took a trip to ER the 5th of many stints in hospital having a phone conversation with a doctor that I asked was the Metamucil okay to take. Oh yes definitely. I said can you tell Dad that because if you say it, he will happily do it. I miss him heaps. The irony is now I have gut issues. I think he has possed me to let me know what it feels like to not make it to the toilet. He would appreciate your sense of humour. I have been documenting my poops or lack thereof, talk about variety, the best / worst was only eating pepita seeds for a day. I'm going to give your 4week plan a go. If you're still reading this thanks. My friends must be over my parasite and poop talk by now. So I will be an idiot and take your advice. 🙌🙏
