    I’ve been away from the gym for 3 weeks. My daughter was having health issues & needed to take care of her as she recovered. I still haven’t been back & this video just made me realize I’m stopping myself from reaching my full potential. Thank you so much for posting this! You may be sharing your journey, but believe me when I say you’re helping so many of us who struggle silently & videos like this really give people like me hope & motivation. ❤

    I’m 5’8 and I’m pretty sure I was around 250 and I’m down to 235 and this really gives me hope. You never really notice when it happens and I’m really proud of you and thank you for helping me with these tools. I know life style weight loss conversations are tricky, but they’re important. Especially healthy, mindful, conscientious ones like this video.

    You and I have the same start weight. It really encouraging to hear you say how long it took, I feel like it took me forever to even lose 6 lbs at the beginning

    Christina, this is so beautiful to hear!! You’ve been doing a lot of inner work & healing yourself from the inside out, and that is amazeballs!! I also follow intuitive eating, I’m vegetarian so I ensure to listen to my body, it is absolutely difficult to hit the protein goal, but I don’t sweat it either. You must be so proud & are radiating!!! There’s something to be said about doing the internal work that just allows the physical to come into play as well. The energy that working out provides is inexplicable. You have definitely been missed however I am so happy to hear that you are in a much better place all around & are focusing on what brings you joy all around. 💜 Much love. 💞

    Amazing job! I’ve lost 90lbs from Keto and have maintained it for 3 years now. I was pushing 245 at 5’10 and felt terrible. Still have binge days here and there but then I refocus and realize that being thin and feeling good is more important for me personally.

    I remember back when I was watching your makeup videos, it became such a routine I would think “what am I going to do when she stops making videos all the time?” I like missed you before you even took a break 😂 I still do my makeup in your style almost every day.     Thank you for sharing! I also lost weight (30lbs)in about a year but in my case without exercise because of major health issues. I had to learn to eat healthier and stop binge eating. It’s hard but it CAN be done.

    I just happened to look you up on TH-cam to see if you are back and I am so glad I did! It warms my heart to see you healthy and happy! I have always loved your channel. Last year I stopped yo-yo dieting and doing all the latest trendy diets and have been doing Weight Watchers. It has worked so well for me and I feel great. I stopped beating myself up if I eat out on the weekends. Thank you for sharing your story with us. 🥰

    hey girly, I’ve been following you since i was 17, and interactions with you regarding weight loss used to be what motivated me most because you just have such an inspirational energy. i am now 25 going on 26 and a new mom, and also on the journey to body acceptance and appreciation. i love how much you emphasize the importance of accepting yourself as you are here in the present. I remember reading a post before that said “different seasons of your life will require you to live in different bodies, and one is never more deserving of love than the others.” this statement has made a huge impact in how i go about my return to fitness and training. i’m so happy to see more of you, i know these relationships/bonds are often one sided because we see your face and you don’t see most of ours, but know that I am so so so so SO happy to see you’re doing better. luv u girl

    It’s crazy how sometimes the universe forces your hand. I had all these videos saved on my “watch later” because when you posted them I was distracted with my daughter etc and I said, I need to see what she says. I finally saw all your journey videos today and it happened at a time where I just said to myself “surrender”. Everything I had thought of doing (increase and track protein, make workouts enjoyable, find ways to connect the mind and body) are things you did that brought you back to center. This video reinforced all my thoughts and I’m grateful for you.
    I wish you more peace and that you have the life you’ve always wanted.

    I’ve always found our stories to be similar. Back in April.. I decided on my own that I just want to feel good. You should be proud and yes!! Ever since tracking my macros.. I don’t feel hungry or binge during the weekends. You have always been beautiful and i’m happy you’re happy.

    Chrisspy you’re journey is inspiring. I definitely have similar issues with weight and alcohol. I cut alcohol out completely and have 9 years sober. I’m still wrestling with my weight. It’s more of an emotional thing.

    Girl you glowing sis💕💕💕 I just want to be healthy as well. I’ve had thyroid problems for over 10 years. I believe I may be allergic to gluten and dairy because if I have either, my lower back pain flares up really bad. I’m also type 1 diabetic so for that, I eat organic or grass fed meat. I have a feeling it’s celiac disease, but I’ll see soon. I eat a lot of fruits,salads, and proteins. I also suffer from ptsd, mdd, ocd, borderline personality disorder, severe anxiety, and ADHD. It’s hard to even get out of bed everyday.

    I’ve been following a long time and I’m really happy for you that you’re in a healthier place mentally. I think it’s important for people watching to understand that what you describe is NOT intuitive eating. While IE may be an influence for your approach, having caloric goals to intentionally lose weight and labeling foods as “bad” are the opposite of IE principles. I know it is hard to fully break from diet culture, so I share this not to criticize, but in hopes that viewers will consult the book Intuitive Eating or work with a true IE health professional if interested in the approach. It is not a weight loss strategy and was never meant to be used in that way.

    Chrisspy 💖I have followed your channel for many years now and have always loved watching your amazing talents, but for the first time in a long time, I’ve never resonated more with someone’s journey. I went through a very spiritual awakening of meditation and self healing back during covid, which completely changed my life, but the last year I fell back into old habits and lost so much of myself from alcohol and bad eating.     Mental health definitely is big especially through process of weight loss because when you suffer weight issues or obesity it’s an illness. You gotta look at it in a different perspective because if not it’s a reoccurring issue. I’ve lost 195 lbs in 2 years. It hasn’t been easy and I still have my issue with sugar drinks like sweet tea. But it’s a process that I’m currently working on to get better for my well-being and be there for my family. I’m so proud of you Chrisspy! Everyday is a new opportunity for everyone to achieve their daily goals. Love ya and keep vibing! You are inspiring! ❤

    Instant love 4 ya after hearing your down to earth, genuine, journey. I have been on a very similar journey as yours. Still have a lot of work to do yet I have accomplished much thus far. After turning 40 this year and seeing all the old people in my city so unhealthy and my own health needing to be made a serious priority, my perspective changed from looking good to aging strong & healthy. Even simple things like my dad having dementia and learning good oral hygiene can contribute to warding off dementia, i got a full works routine in place bc my focus now is aging independently and living the best healthy and top quality life i can. It feels like it puts things in proper, grateful perspective. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. You are now My new treadmill channel lol

    So inspiring! Thank you for sharing your story with all of us, we've missed you and it's awesome to see you back and happy. I've recently come out of a big depression and am slowly trying to improve things. I've gotten my diet to where it's working for me but I'm wanting to incorporate weights into my fitness routine to ramp it up, but not sure where to look for proper weightlifting workouts as everyone seems to do it a little differently and a lot of them just do not agree with my back. Do you have a program or particular app that you use for that (as far as proper form and particular workouts, etc.)?

      I used to do the sweat app which was great and I still use a lot of the workouts/formats that I learned on the app. There are different programs that you could choose which was cool too. My back would also flair up all the time which sucked! I watch a lot of Bret Contreras videos too, he’s really knowledgeable.

    My girl, this feels like it resonates so much with me right now with where I'm at in my life. I've struggled with an ED since I was 14 so fluctuating weight is my middle name. I lost my dad last year and finally in my healing process I'm taking care of me. In the same ways you are, just releasing the pressure and focusing on protein, moving my body, and doing what is right for my mental health like meditation, time in nature, and cutting back on drinking and numbing out. It makes me happy to see you on this journey too, and relate in a way that I know how great you have to feel right now.     I remember when you were starting your journey, and having struggles, I had commented on how I loved what a GOOD influence you were on my daughter, & I stand by it today.❤ You had even commented back, (which made me SUPER popular with my daughter and her friends haha)...and at that time of your struggles, just wanted to reach through the screen and give you a mother hug. 🫂 But Today, I want to again Thank you for showing the kids (Im 45yrs old everyone is a kid to me haha), that wanting to be HEALTHY is okay,, and that you are proof there is a HEALTHY way to do it.❤ I know you don't set out to be a role model, and you just share your journey and life so openly, good and bad. You let everyone know, life IS NOT perfect, you share your struggles, & unlike other accounts who pretend life is always perfect 24/7, you let everyone know, life can be hard, but hard work can make it easier, and to me that makes a TRUE role model, and a WONDERFUL one at that.     I don't eat meat much so I eat ground turkey and it does get dry and has no flavor sometimes. I am at my unhealthiest right now but when I was on my journey turkey albondigas was always a winner. Had to get creative with it. I'm so proud of you Chrisspy!
