I need to do my fuel lines but the stock hard lines from the tank to firewall and the dual pumps are feeding my 700+hp build but I’m still going to do the fuel lines anyway.
I'm grinding 4th as well which is pissing me off to the point I don't downshift into 4th, I try rev matching and it still grinds. May have to start looking into getting new syncros
So yes, the cocktail is amazing and I ran it on my car for about two years. Until I did some research and decided to drain it out for this reason. I guess the 6 speed has a very fine particle filter that the fluids runs through, that the 5 speed does not. and the sediments from the shockproof can clog it. I read up and it’s not that common of a issue. However for peace of mind I put straight 75-90 and decided to deal with the slight 4th gear grind. Just thought I would share my experience that product my man. I’m not saying drain it back out but just wanted to put this out there.
that 4th gear grind is so annoying..... when i bought my car i filled it with mobil 75/90 when i went though all the fluids. swapped it to subaru fluid and the 4th gear grind is still there. thinking synchros are dead after 120k miles of unknown abuse.
yeah I don't even think the factory setup is returnless. seems weird flex I don't see anybody running return systems on high hp Subarus. 😅 but maybe they do things differently in Canada overall it's alright I was all right, seen the wrong kit cost you a lot of time and extra fabrication. generally most of the wastegates come with the 15 psi spring. overall my bad I think a bit more planning a little less winging it. also thought the turbo was weird but again it's Canada. pretty much everybody was probably thinking why are you spending so much time fabricating a long line. an 10 and a return hose. . anywho how much horsepower and are you running ethanol, ohh ITS Canada.
Rcm are absolutely brilliant.
Ive just bought a load of stuff from Roger Clark Motorsport and the customer service has been great.

I’ve only heard good things!
Colin is the Subaru Jedi Master!!!

the way the Radium system works is the pressure being bled off from the feed side goes back via the return line, the rails are just setup return-less
I feel dumb now… I knew that 🤓

The trans has a plug on top to fill it from you don’t gotta make a mess using the transfer pump
How do you use jack stands and a jack at the same time?

how did you like the Torque Solution kit beside the T fitting? Do you think a Y fitting would be better?
I loved it! Super good quality lines & fittings 👍🏼
IMO a Y fitting would be better for flow purposes, but its not gonna make a difference at 500hp. 🤷🏻

@@TDT0188Any time a synchro starts to grind, that means it needs to be replaced. The fluid is just a bandaid that might hide the issue for awhile 😅
I just want to buy you some heat shrink to hold the AOS sleeving on instead of the electric tape. sooooooo much nicer
It’s on the to do list 😅

No more blue balls. Hahaha
😅
I've seen way worse Shavings from my own trans had quarter inch of metal paste but 195k atleast the trans held😂
Engine has left the chat #Subaru lmfao
