@Code Ultimate the 2.0 can handle more boost then the 2.5xt because thr 2.0 has a thicker block and overall stronger internals . Go dyno it and you will get good hp gains :) .

Loved my '09 FXT so much me and my wife bought a '14 WRX. Only had 20K miles on it. Love everything about it! They can be a little touchy on maintenance but I dont care! Nothing beats the Subie AWD system

In the end its all power to weight and traction. if the HC was stock, he has less rubber on the pavement driving the tires than the Subi, with 300 more hp, and 1000lbs more. most Hellcats on the stock all seasons won't hook until 80mph, maybe. with traction on, it cuts power and applies brake - so you won't even see black strips... not to mention - black key or red key and fuel choice? 😂

I wonder how useful those power upgrades are for off-road use. I've seen a lot of Forester XT off-road videos, but almost never ones that feature increased power output.
Because it's rarely very helpful. Turbos create power in a way that is mostly not useful for off-roading. It's much better to have a torque curve that slowly increases. Probably the most useful forced induction for an off-roader would be an electric supercharger, because you would have a lot of flexibility in how it engages.
i have a 2001 gt fozzie goes well beats most challengers -? with in reason and shocks some audi and mercedes owners - and a few v8 hot rodders - gold with gold mags and wwwooossshhh 150 mph !

I wish Subie would put a 2.0T or 2.4T in the 6spd Crosstrek. A 2.0S would be neat for offroading, but MPG would likely tank. 4Low would be better, but then the low plastic bumpers would have to go.

Always wanted a forester yet now more then ever after seeing yours. You lost to mustang and ctsv (unknown) mods but when you hanged w hell cat I knew it turned out that the first two must have way to much of unknown in them. You'd blow the doors off of then in a stock form. Lol
Rather buy a forester than a Mustang or Cadillac. I got my first car today. A 97 forester 2.0. 5 speed manual 122hp. I love it. The exhaust has a little hole so you can hear some rumble 😂😂

Thats where performance is always measured. I had a 70 Hurst Olds & raced a blown 57 Chevy w/slicks on the street after rolling up to him at 30 mph & won handily. At the next light he said again, smiled & I didn't know why. Well, before I was out of 1st gear he was 5 cars ahead...thats why :) I'd say stick w/the 1/4 mile runs.

Personally, if it doesn't involve turning and braking as well (and about 20+ minutes of it) you haven't don't much "performance measuring" past a 2D scale. Roll racing is pretty fun and you're less likely break something while you get to see what car really makes some good power:weight (and aero). Dead stop really just measures you and the cars ability to get some traction out of the hole.
It's not really worth bothering with it, especially since your limiting factor is keeping the stock motor alive as the turbo you have can make a good bit more power than you're already making. :)

I like to see this fuckin wagon/suv pulling away from a comaro and keeping its speed with a hellcat for a good amount of time.
100hp more and you will leave that hellcat. That hellcat is slow as fuck. He had almost twice the hp as you did and he barely pulled away at the end.
