You'll get to you're 300hp mark just by re-tuning on e85 or race fuel. That's for sure. A ported head will also help. You already know what to do. So get to it 😉

FYI, that Walbrol 255 isn't compatible with ethanol. Recommend the AEM 310 or something else than can handle other fuels. You should also double check you fuel lines. Not all lines can handle ethanol, methanol or c10.
Are you concerned at all that you could be losing some power with your intake being in the engine bay, or is it far enough away from the block that heat soak isn't an issue? Nice car man.
i got a question.. with all these mods.. how is the ride comfort.. that is something that i fear... that the ride comfort would be uncomfortable if i want to have people with me in the car.. would it feel too torque-y?? too yanky?? my girl hates how my integra with bolt ons feels.. a build like yours... would it be too beyond the stock comfort that it will destroy the ride comfort.. thanks again for your videos, you're awesome
at this moment the car is not too street friendly. It always feels like it wants to be at full throttle but thats because it was tuned for that. Cruising it bucks sometimes and 3 inch exhaust drones alot in the car.
Serg I got a k24a1 and bought a skunk2 ultra street manifold. I seen your video on the install but wondering since mines a a1 will it work fine besides trimming the the bracket
You dont need to port your head. Your cams are good. What you need is fuel. Your pump gas isnt capable of doing more power already. You need ethanol. Your DC stage 4 ported head and e85 would reach 330 whp easy.
I have a 06 k20 civic si stock motor. Recenly got the acuity shifter bushings, and acuity shifter base bushings and a aluminum shift knob. I've been having trouble shifting into third gear. Something stops it from fully going into third gear, and it happens all the time. I have a k tuned master cylinder and a napa slave cylinder. I've been thinking about getting all new 1st 2nd and third gear synchros. But before I do that, would getting new detent springs and shifter springs help? Thanks man!!
What kind of trans fluid are you running ? Shifter bushings help but also try draining the fluid and filling it with amsoil synchromesh trans fluid, had the same problem in my car where 3rd would sometimes pop out or it felt as if something was stopping it from going in all the way
Running a KTuner, however the Hondata pro is way better and what I would like to upgrade to. I highly recommend joining the DC5 groups on Facebook. Also try to find people or shops that specialize in the K Series motors for recommendations. Feel free to add me on Facebook

Ill be runnin a stock jdm k24 w/ a fully ported n polished n built k20z1 head (dragcartel 2.2 endurance cams n 40*vtc. Im also gonna install a fully ported rbc mani w/ ktuned 80mm throttlebody
imo innovative mounts are trash. every time i have had an issue, no one ever responded, no email responses, no call pick ups... Might as well have no warranty.

Need the ported head and the port the intake manifold as well. After that the car will easily surpass the 300hp goal. Love the car btw 👍

Please link your mod. You can't say you have a K20/24 engine. Short block, long block, cams, rockers, springs, etc

Mines is modded. Depends on your goals. I chose to invest money on my car because it beats paying 40K for a brand new civic Type R.
