- Ingredients:
500g whipping cream (35% fat)
60g powdered sugar
Whipped cream must always be kept cold before and after whipping because this method of whipping does not add gelatin or cream cheese, so it melts easily.
After decorating and covering the cake with cream, put the cake in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to let the cream cool again then take it out and cut it, it will taste better.

Được, nhưng đánh bông phải kết hợp Rich's lùn với Rich's base (Topping base), theo tỷ lệ 1:1. Vì nó là kem béo thực vật nên sẽ không thơm mùi sữa nhé.
