@Tova , what I’ve found is it’s best to workout before breakfast, because it keeps the metabolism going all day, and to do a workout at night, to keep that metabolism going through the night.

This low-impact cardio is ideal to do with my daughters, thanks for doing low-impact exercise routines with easy movements so that the kids can do it too. I will complete this routine with another 10 minute routine and in this way I will have a 20 minute exercise.

I am currently dreaming of getting mine back after nursing 3 babies , I swear they sucked out all the gluten gains that took years.
31 weeks pregnant, in my underwear and sports shoes. this workout was affective and good, I went lower as it progressed since it's my only workout for today
Our bodies are so smart and so "spot targeting" isn't really effective BUT this is a great workout to burn calories and fat which supports an overall toned look!
