I am Russian and learn to cook Indian food.I visited hundreds of Indian cooking websites ,but 90 % of recipes I use for preparing food is from Mr Sanjay Tumma's Vah Reh Vah website .All His recipes are very easy to prepare,VERY DETAILED EXPLANATION is given for each recipe, with minute explanation of nuances of cooking, which is very important for beginners and for seasoned cooks also. Some people complain here that he speaks a lot while demonstrating the cooking .BUT,cooking isn't only about throwing ingredients one by one in the pan.He takes great care explaining all the nuances also, without knowing those nuances ,end result of our recipe will be a DISASTER.So,GIVE HIM CREDIT for his efforts to make us a better cooks.Thank You VAH CHEF & Hats off to You for Your delicious recipes!!!

It was back in 1989 that I had my first taste of Indian food. I was by myself and wandering around a little area where I had gone to college. Being raised as I was, I loved Asian and Hispanic food so I had no fear... Different food is always good. While the main course should have been my main focus, it was the parathas that stole my heart and my tastebuds. They served a version I have not been able to find to this day. It had potatoes and peas. It was close to the best thing I've ever had. Thank you for your videos.
Ok, thank you for the details, i was unable to get the correct way of making a paratha, you have clarified all my doubts. I like this style of your detailing
