With so many social media sites, you have to guard your gates 24/7. I mean is your ear and eye gates, you have to be careful what you watch and listen to. It gets into your spirit.
This is exactly why God gave me peace in this season on removing myself from social media. What we allow to enter through our eye gate is important & has a direct connection to our thoughts & the way we think…. Even what we may meditate on & struggle with.
I went off social media a few years ago and have never regretted it. TH-cam is the only place I communicate socially online. I value my peace of mind over everything.

Yesss Tony! My instagram is public and I always post positive, humorous and inspiring things. I have a very small following because i don’t post body pics, and Im not trying to sell anything. Im not focused on followers because I don’t follow a-lot of people either. I don’t find value in most people online and i don’t trust them. They most likely feel that way about me .
The thing I use for myself is YT ...FB & IG I have because I help someone manage their pages...I have nothing personal on those pages ...social media is information over load for sure .... I am binge watching folk who use SM to scam....it is sad out here ...
