I am sorry with confusing things about service and commercial buildings. As you can see in the video I of course meant only place down small zones for one or two commercial buildings, not service buildings. Hope this is clearing things up.
Sorry if there was anything unclear. Basically build less commercial then you did in Cities skylines 1. And keep an eye on the amount of customers available which is highlighted when you are about to build the commercial buildings. Low density housing needs very very few commercial building. High density skyscrapers need a lot nearby. Hope this helps
Yes, definetly! Demand only means that businesses would be likely to move in your city, it does not mean that you absolutely need more businesses@@Gerinse
