Not worth the upkeep cost. If you want to sell electricity, build a hydro dam. You'll make millions while it cost only 100k upkeep. But, good luck with trying to build a functional one, cause its really buggy at the moment. Make sure to make back up saves.

Sorry if there was anything unclear. Basically build less commercial then you did in Cities skylines 1. And keep an eye on the amount of customers available which is highlighted when you are about to build the commercial buildings. Low density housing needs very very few commercial building. High density skyscrapers need a lot nearby. Hope this helps

Yes, definetly! Demand only means that businesses would be likely to move in your city, it does not mean that you absolutely need more businesses@@Gerinse

I am sorry with confusing things about service and commercial buildings. As you can see in the video I of course meant only place down small zones for one or two commercial buildings, not service buildings. Hope this is clearing things up.

Unfortunately yes, but my hardware is very outdated and 30 fps, which I am getting all the time with my own settings is very playable for this

@@simplex4205 don't be ashamed of your outdated hardware, because 16 core CPU's and a RTX 4090 are no better. It feels like MSFS 2020 in the early days. It was also limited by software and still is.

I know that, this test is purely dedicated to people who are not on modern hardware.. But I have to add, that for 1080p, 60 fps my hardware still is enough for 99 % of modern games on medium settings (Playing Apex, Trackmania, Cyberpunk, Starfield). But I aggree that I need to upgrade soon :)

Even 1050 can run modern games, of course not on highest settings. But this game is just badly optimimized

I think it is poorly optimised yes - but it is a lot of fun, and keep in mind that with my own settings I always have about 30 fps, which is totally playable in this game.. have 28 hours already on record :)

This! In my advanced settings, where I am gaining a few fps extra, I am indeed using TAA, you can look it up in the video I linked in the description :)

I dont think so.. should be gpu limited.. maybe look for a good used graphics card, like at least a 1070 or better to play the game on low settings 30 fps.. sorry mate

Yeah I was just lucky that this happened just 3 days ago and I recorded it - then the video came out where it happened to timmy Maybe I try investigating it further

@@simplex4205 it seems like you have to hit a crouch Input when you land on small angled areas? Like in your clip you hit that little bump that show sections of the building. Definitely would be interesting to make a consistent movement tech

I think it's more like bouncing off an edge, because the different parts of the roof are not pixel-perfect
