Hi! Just a question, my epson 8550 isn’t printing black. I’m getting white under base but no black under that 🤷🏻♂️ any ideas?? I’ve done a nozzle check and all colours come through so it’s a setting I’m sure.
I have a Prestige A3+R printer, I’m unable to apply enough white under base on my prints after adjusting the white ink settings to 100%, also after multiple head cleaning and nozzle checks. Please help thanks.
I think you might be referring to your image Nat having a transparent background. In your graphic design software you have to make sure your image has no background and you export the image in a format that supports background transparency such as .png or .pd. A second option would be to remove the white background using the background removal tool in the software.
A white background is not a reason to not be able to print this image. Digital Factory has multiple features that provides the operator the ability to remove any color. This can also be done quickly and easily in any design program such as Ps or Affinity.
Ok. Make a video. Show us how to remove the background and in between the letters and shapes in DIGITAL FACTORY DIRECT. Affinity and photoshop is image manipulation and so is doing it in digital factory. That is an extra fee. But. Show me how to remove the background and in between shapes in digital factory.
@@adubbproductions Selecting a specific color is at the backbone of all the main graphic programs. There are literally thousands of videos done over the years that outline the process. It is a standard practice. Same with saving a file with transparency (i.e. a PNG or, even better for transfer printing, a TIF). There are also at least a dozen videos already made outling the steps of removing a background in DIGITAL FACTORY DIRECT, not to metion iColor ProRIP (which is pretty much the same program but for different devices). The steps for knocking out black and any other color are also thoruoghly covered in the perspective manuals. In addition, the RIP integrated links to GIMP and FluidMask which are helpful too. Charging customers for graphic work is an industry norm. Although, something as simple as this can be done gratis for a good customer.
To remove the white you can use the "knock me out" color feature. Right click the image and it's in the drop down. Then select the color you want to remove.
Hey ADubb, I did the 15 day trial for the dtf cadlink, now I'm at a lost on where to purchase from. It has been a nightmare trying to find the cadlink v10 dtf dongle... i could use it asap....any advice on where I can purchase the software from?

Hi i got a r2pro using digirip but its stopped sending print jobs they fail any ideas how to solve this and have you come across this before
Close both softwares then open again. happens to me when i leave everything connected. Gets disconnected when in idle for to long.

Take the printhead out and clean the actual print head manually.

No it’s PC only. Idk how much it is. It came with my DTG printer.
