I've been doing this workout for a week it makes me really tired the next day, but honestly I was skipping the stretches, today I did the stretches and will see if it makes a difference. This workout is humbling
Maddie, this was absolutely perfect!! One of your best full body workouts of all time. I always come back to you--you have the most effective and not miserable ab exercises. I can't stand unweighted ab movements and you always find a way to incorporate abs in a way I can do. Can't thank you enough also for the tip on assisted push-ups. I usually dread them, but I found myself actually enjoying them with the band for help? I felt my form improve and felt the burn without the wrist pain (I was holding onto dumbells). I especially loved the calmness of this video--this session didn't call for super intense electronic music or pop, it was perfectly accompanied! You are such a gem and I hope you know your immense positive impact on young girls and women everywhere!! Thanks for all that you do.
I love that you are so focused on form! Also I love that it’s not super fast paced but still tests my strength as some with PCOS I can’t deal with super high intensity. I also love that you include warm up and cooldown otherwise I have to find a separate video or sometimes skip it all together. I’ve been following your videos for years - never stop and Thank you !

When I first started using other channels on TH-cam to work out to when I was younger, I believe it's the reason I struggled with body pain for so so long. But then I found you and just the way you religiously focus on form and quality over quantity has honestly been the biggest game changer for me! Okay despite the band crushing your mic 😂 using the band while doing pushups was actually so good for me! I felt way more support - really enjoyed this one, always love your strength videos but I do really appreciate a long one with a cooldown and warmup sometimes when I want a bit more of a challenge 💪
