Thank you. Few things I have noticed. For pistons please use ceramic grease NOT silicon as you mentioned. Tighten bolt's also ... not as you did . Usually NOT the next bolt. Should be diagram even for 4bolts
Thanks for your feedback! Using ceramic grease for pistons is a great suggestion, as it can withstand higher temperatures and provide better lubrication than silicone grease. And you're absolutely right about the importance of tightening bolts properly according to the diagram or specified sequence, especially for components like pistons. Following these guidelines ensures optimal performance and longevity. Thanks again for sharing your insights!
For brake pads in the UK, I recommend brands like Brembo, Bosch, Pagid, Apec or EBC Brakes. These brands are known for their quality and reliability. As for red rubber grease, it is generally safe and effective for use on the sliders. It helps to lubricate and protect the rubber components without causing them to swell or degrade. Just ensure that you apply it sparingly and only on the appropriate parts to avoid any contamination of the braking surfaces.
@@SanuMotorswithCharlie Thanks for your reply. Would you buy brake pads for a Suzuki swift hybrid from a main dealer if they are around £100. I've used pagid and apec in the past and I wasn't impressed with the quality.
Thanks for your reply. If you're not impressed with Pagid and Apec, purchasing from a main dealer could be a good option for guaranteed quality and compatibility, even if it's a bit more expensive. Dealer parts often come with better support and assurance. However, you might also want to consider other reputable aftermarket brands that offer high-quality brake pads for a reasonable price. It's always important to choose parts that ensure your safety and reliability. Thank you

Thank you. What is s good grease for calipers? Cannot find in Sri Lanka.
Better To use silicone grease or copper grease. If you can’t find you can use universal grease, make sure ok with heat
Thanks
