Buy a stabiliser (bottom crossmember) and a pullup bar (or move one of your existing ones). You can then use your spare upright on the side of your rack for extra storage, like a monster shelf, or just put weight storage pegs on it.
Or you could use it for a drop in rhino belt squat or lat pulldown
Jeeez that's so damn smart lol. I just looked online at the price and it's not terrible. There actually isn't much room to do so right now with the platform and all, but when I move, I'm doing that for sure! thanks man

I'd use the upright to expand the RM-3 lol, maybe just a stand alone upright for attachments?

I already have the R3 (infinity) but the 2x3 attachments for it are pretty slim picking in the UK. I'm VERY tempted to sell and purchase the monster rack!

Can you tell me on your 30” depth rack what is the footprint from the Back to the Front of the rack? Is it 36” when factoring in the upright base? What is the total width also?
Dude... love the rack...I would gladly buy that upright off ya if I lived closer or if I didn't think shipping would would cost an arm and a leg!!!! I only need 1 upright and Rogue will only sell them in pairs!!

What brand is the multigrip pull up bar? And do u know if other cheaper brands fit rogue?
Iam debating between the rm3 30" or the rm4 to drop in my standalone Rhino to save a little bit of space in my garage gym. Is the rm4 41 or 49" depth??
Also is there any advantage of dropping in rhino inside a rack besides saving some space?? I don't need a lat pull down, I already own a selectorized lat pull down machine and a selectorized functional trainer too to do cable exercises. Anyways anily advice would help. Thank u😊

What is the measurement ( foot print of the base rack no attachments ) from the back of the rack to the front. It’s 30” depth so is it 36” from back to front ? Thank you
Can you do toes to bars or Kipping pull ups with out the rack shaking?
Save the extra upright and buy some 24” cross members and slinger. It’s worth it IMO

Nice review how is it to squat in? Im debating between the rm3 and rm4. Does the rm3 feel like it may tip over reracking heavy weights when squatting?
It's fine for me. Would I like more room to move around? Probably, but it's definitely not an issue for me at all.
And yes it shakes a bit, but doesn't move entirely unless you really throw it back into the rack.
@@ChrisPinedo Hey Chris, any idea how tall the multigrip bar is? I'm a tall guy, and need the pull bar to be at least 94" from the ground. Thanks man! Rack looks amazing.
So squat and bench no issues inside the rack? Also are you able to do incline bench inside/outside the rack?

Yes, it is but it does move slightly with or without them every time you re-rack weights. You have to bolt it down for it not to move/shake at all.
I bought the RM-4 and when my rack arrived 1 upright was missing too. I contacted rogue and they made it right and I received a pair of upright about 2 weeks later too. I’m still trying to figure out what to do with my 1 upright.
Are you thinking about selling the upright

No I’m not selling the extra upright. I am planning to make some kind of a storage rack with it.
I noticed you got the mini is that needed? yours is not bolted to the ground right? how stable is it? do you think you storage pin to add weight to it to is table and doesnt shake?
It's not bolted to anything. I did bolt it to the horse stall mats for a while but I'm going to move it around soon.
Adding plate storage doesn't weigh it down enough IMO. It still moves for sure.
I feel your pain.... When I ordered my RM390f , I received everything...... The UPS lost the nuts and bolts kit 😢

Hey, odd question, but did you buy this just for you? I'm looking at buying it and really want to pull the trigger but my wife won't use it. Can I justify $1800 after all said and done? Awesome setup by the way!
Sorry for the late reply. I did buy it for me but also to train clients at home in my garage! I'd say, if you're looking for the best quality, it's definitely worth it but Rep Fitness is a bit cheaper and the quality is almost as good.

is that a 30' depth? and did you bolt it down?
It is a 30" depth and I did bolt it down, but only 1 hole on each leg (there's room for 3 bolts on each leg). I also "bolted" it down into horse stall mats.
Keep that upright Incase you want to expand your cage!

How long did you have to wait until you received your RM3?
about 5 weeks initially until they lost my uprights and so I had to wait another 2 weeks

Shipping problems usually happens with the delivery service, the guy making the delivery miss counts the pieces and it falls on the shipper.
Can you send the extra part back to rogue, ask for free shipping return label.
I just kept the extra leg :D
