Brilliant and wish I had seen this to quote in my coaching degree assignment. We are placed with another student to 'coach' them on a subject but most of the students were not interested in coaching with made it difficult for many of the trainee coaches. In my argument that the process was unsatisfactory as we had been placed with a coachee we had not met before, I was not able to find sufficient documentation to dispute the setup. This video would have helped.
