I followed your words & did your warmup & walking 10,000 steps daily for 55 days master i reduced 5.6 kg now after reducing 5.6 kgs my knee pain disappeared & now am starting strength training (as i am doing walking on my walking pad i adjust speed from 1 mph - 3.2 mph so i am able to achieve my steps count quickly, while walking normally also we can achieve it but time differs accordingly)
Wake up @7 am , walking - 7:30 - 8:30 am
Breakfast @9 am - Watermelon, 4 almonds
Snacks @11 am - buttermilk
@ 11:30 -12 pm - walking
Lunch @ 1 pm
@ 3-4 pm - walking
Snacks @4pm - buttermilk
@ 5-6 pm - walking
Dinner @ 7 pm
@8:30 - 9 pm - walking
6-6:30 - kettlebell swings with 6.6 kg kettlebell

Master i follwed ur diet and 10k steps. First month avoid white sugar and dosa idly. Now i completely change healthy food. Bfast fruits. Lunch rice with vegetables dinner millets dosa or chapathi 2. . I reduced 10kg with in 2 months . Ihv doubt master one point weight reduce stopped why after very slowly reduce pls reply how to continue can i workout more pls reply master
