    I tried solving the practice problem of this sect from the same book... And whatever current you mention in the supernodes, all boils down to final equation as similar to single node... The redundant current, the 10 ohm resistance are all just to circulate their own current in their supernode... So whatever current enters 10 ohm, gets circulated back following the 2 v source, as like it had seperate path for that... But also it increases the nodal voltage and boosts the current. Aah it hurts thinking too much.

    • @viewocity9840

    • @omerfaruk1351
      @omerfaruk1351 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      i think, if we add V1-V2/10, then we have to add V2-V1/10 because the currents -left side and right side of the supernode- have to write properly. and sum of those 2 terms are 0. simply, we can say he wrote the shortly.

      @chanakyasinha8046 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@littlekumar8091 i know whats bothering you... Let me explain why... The 2 v part does circulate current if you measure... But that circulates only in that loop of 10 ohm and 2 v source... Think of it like a pipe where you have a black water and a white water... The black water flows seperately aside in that pipe without mixing, throu 10 ohm... Also the white water does gain energy, as voltage (pressure is boosted) so does the current... Now super impose it.... Thats why 2 v part plays important role in the analysis as it boosts the currents...its energy source. I hope you can visualise it.

      ok consider the supernode without the 10 ohm resistor. i.e. only v1,v2 and that 2V source. then try writing the equations. ull get two terms such as.. ..+ (V2-V1)/10 + (V1-V2)/10 ... which cancel out. thats why he said i and -i .
      regards..

      i know whats bothering you...
