That's the best house I've seen so I wouldn't leave the jacuzzi, I'd stay there all day blasting sooting music while cool water splashes me from all angles. What an experience that would be, I'd also have breakfast and dinner on the balcony. You guys have put Rwanda up my list. Land near beaches on Lake Kivu in Secondary cities of Rwanda are even cheaper and weather there is better.
Also those cities have Masterplans and are expected to develop rapidly.

I lived in Africa for 15 years , now living in the USA . that price to me is overpriced mainly or potentially because you guys come USA and have that American accent . Anyone who comes abroad they give him the "umuzungu price" that being said my advice to anyone who wants that kinda looking house you can easily build yours for approximately $70k

Notice it's left hand drive in Rwanda like in the USA. Most African countries are right hand drive like the UK. Nice neighborhood, property looks great with two floors. Floor looks well designed. Camera system is good, but it should extend to the exterior areas. You definitely need cameras outside at the gate, compound etc etc

Guys when your looking at apartment or homes if your were going to buy the owner would raise the price because your so excited. Keep the prices low for those of us who are COMMING over later.. The best thing in that house was the bathroom and the floors. Some time your talking over each other and it hard to here what the person is saying. Message sent with love.

Thank you all for showing us a whole other world, literally. I want to move but am not sure what I can do there to make money. I’m a teacher and I have an online boutique. Can you do a video of good ways to make money from Africa. Not a scrape by job, but very profitable things we can do!😂😂
You can look at teaching with the international schools ... I know places like Kenya they make some good money am not sure how Rwanda works with foreign teachers. Also look at international organizations and apply for jobs.

In my opinion the videos would of been alot more professional if the camera had alot less jigging and less shots of the family talking.. Should of muted all background noise with only music and the real estate guy giving the key points cause its hard to watch this with everyone talking and wooing over everything but that's just my opinion.
