I wanna see the first rebellion, i wanna see the first ever hunger games, i wanna see the official long version of 50th quarter quell, i wanna see finnick hunger games, i wanna see the 25th quarter quell
The 25th quarter quell would be amazing. Do you vote for the strongest kid? The orphan who no one knows or talks to? The most "evil" kid? What happens when they survive and come back to the district that VOTED THEM TO THEIR DEATH? Like songbirds and snakes I think we would have to see the aftermath of the games back in a district. I also think it would be good to focus on a district besides 12
yes yes and yes!! I have a deep desire to know all of the Panem lore, character lore, etc. The Hunger Games has mad Marvel-level potential and it’s so upsetting that there isn’t MORE 😭
One idea I think would be great for future Hunger Games film would be either one covering the 50th Hunger Games, since thats the one that Haymich won, and since it was also a quarter quell, would be the most intense one with 48 tributes. The other would be the 11th Hunger Games, since not only would it act as a pseudo sequel to a Balled of Songbirds and Snakes, but it would be a way to show how a lot of traditional elements of the games (such as the victory tour and tribute parade) were first handled. Also a nice way to see Mags again. I also think the 25th Hunger Games would be a cool idea too, since we don't know much about that particular games despite it being the first quarter quell.
oh if we ever see haymich's hunger games it would emotionally wreck me. double the tributes, how do you survive that? and if i remember correctly from the books, he did something with the shield that immensely upset the capitol and he got punished for... i would love to see it but oh my poor haymich and i think an 11th Hunger Games would be neat too! i really liked mags in catching fire, it'd be cool to see her
@@whichatlasYeah, he used the forcefield on the last remaining career. He noticed that when he threw a pebble into it, it sprung back and hit him in the face (I think) he tricked the career by leading her to the edge and when she threw an axe at him he ducked and it came back and hit her in the head, slicing her body in half.
They should make like a Netflix series with like 13 episodes and each episode is about the two tributes of every district preparing for the games so that we can get attached to them and then the 13th is the actual game, so that we are sympathetic w ik th each tribute
This wuld be one of the best renditions to add to the HG world. I'd propose the 25th games. Would be even cooler (but non-canonical) if they did like Clue (1985) and had 12 different winners and different theatres//Tvs got different versions - maybe corresponding to where their actual location is in North America? hmmm
When you talked about people who will tell those wanting to see more games that 'they're the Capitol' as a gotcha moment - I believe we are supposed to see ourselves in the Capitol anyway but also see ourselves in Katniss, Peeta, Haymitch, Cinna, etc. because we don't really know how we would react in such a situation. I would suggest Suzanne Collins almost wants to make us reflect on the good, the bad, and the ugly aspects of ourselves when reading and watching the franchise. Wanting more of the franchise just means wanting to see more of us as a humanity and how we might possibly react.
A movie on Finnick would be interesting. Him trying to fit in with the Career tributes but at the end siding with the more poorer districts. Maybe his fashion designer could be Tigris and we could see her downfall. And maybe explore some of the exploitation President Snow did to Finnick.
I want to see the 11th Hunger Games. Not only would it serve as a sequel to the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, it would also reintroduce a beloved character we saw in Catching Fire: Mags. We'd see the first outdoor arena, the introduction of the victors village, and Snows first year since losing Lucy Gray. I think it would be perfect.
I want to watch haymitch winning the 50th games / 2nd quarter quell. This games had 48 tributes in total (double the normal amount). The way Haymitch won was crazy, it involves an axe..
I agree, but I think it was described or roughly summarized in the second book, I don't really think Collins would approve of another movie , (seeing as she said no more Hunger Games content after the trilogy, she did break this promise with Ballad, so maybe she'll make another one) but I will agree it would make an AWESOME movie
I’m not sure if it did include an axe , please correct me if im wrong , but apparently he used the force field around the arena against the other tributes , that’s what It said when I looked it up, it also says he used his cunningness and toughness to outsmart the other tributes
I'd like to see a prequel about District 13/the rebels setting up spy networks, engineering strikes, sabatoging the Capitols economy, etc. Think a combination film noir/spy thriller.
As a huuuuge fan of the franchise (I am doing my doctorate thesis on it lmao) I don’t want to see any more movies or books, at least for a while. While I think the argument of “you are like the Capitol” is a bit cliché, I do think that making more movies following different games both damages the metaphor and would get pretty stale very quick. People nowadays love universes of media, like Marvel, and while that’s great if you like it, it’s not what the Hunger Games is meant to be the original trilogy was great because it easily a well thought out story in a well thought out world. Panem as a society is really complex, but we see it from the unique pov of Katniss. The prequel works because we stick to another pov, not even focusing on the games themselves, but on a spectator. It serves as a complement to the original. For example, people want to see Finnick’s backstory, but what is there to see? He went to the games, won, and was forced into prostitution. We would be getting details or sex scenes, but not much else. Finnick’s character works because he is a jokester despite his traumatic life, his character revolves around that silence. If they started with all these prequels they would quickly turn into fan service and cash grabs. In a story, knowing what to keep vague is just as important as knowing what to explore. Just like in real life history, there are gaps and room for speculation, and that’s part of what makes it fascinating. I trust completely in Suzanne Collins, she created this universe and has proved that she is the one that should manage it. If we ever get another Hunger Games story, she will have to work on it for a few years like she did on the prequel, and I trust it will be worth it. I personally think a set of short stories following people from different districts and exploring their societies could be interesting, but I don’t see the need to focus on the arena again. While we wait, re-read and re-watch (you always find a new detail that you missed) and theorize, there are so many interesting details to analyze. I currently follow a youtube series called District Deep Dive and it’s soooo interesting. Just keep yourself entertained with analysis and fan fiction or something, there’s good stuff out there, and trust Miss Collins. Fuck, this was long lmao.
I honestly think an anthology series set in the HG universe would be so good -- and I'm usually anti mini-series or popular IP turned TV show. But how cool would it be to have stories showcasing different hunger games, capitol citizens, avoxes, corrupt gamemakers, etc. The Walking Dead has an anthology, someone out there please consider expanding the HG universe
Gregor the overlander is not talked about enough, i read them multiple times as a teen, each book was so clever in painting a larger picture of the Underland world while growing up along with Gregor and the characters. It was a dark and mysterious and wonderous and touching all at once, truly a great series!
Gregor the Overlander was sooooooooo good. I love the way Suzanne put that fantasy touch in the books. That plot of the last book left so many possibilities but at the same time only two. I loved the series would read again.
I have never heard of it before, but I ordered it immediately when he mentioned it. I wasn't aware that Suzanne Collins had written other books except of the Hunger games. I am really excited
@@marinarodi8019 It is aimed at a slightly younger audience i believe (young teens?), I haven't read it in a while so not sure if you can really tell that its a bit younger. Either way the story is just amazing, gets better in each book in my opinion☺️!
I think the problem of making movies about more Hunger Games, is that for the impact of a Katniss Everdeen or a Lucy Gray Baird to be as big as they were, many many MANY Hunger Games must've gone by where the Games went exactly the way the Capitol/the Game Masters wanted them to go. if every Hunger Games has a pronounced (if small) act of rebellion in them, unless they're quashed within the Games themselves, the system upholding the Games would have crashed and burned long before we even got to number 74
Yall please don't come at me this is a prediction. If there is a songbird and mockingjay, would there be a jabberjay? I mean they are all birds - i do not have a good explantion lol.
I need a story that focuses on the lives of career tributes from Districts 1 and 2 and the brainwashing that gets them to think the games are aspirational, and the realization they all seem to get at some point that the whole thing is a sham (Cato’s seemed to come when he was in the Arena). I need to see Finnick and Annie’s games because I just know they were careers that had this realizations I need to see what life is like in the pre-2nd-rebellion modern Capitol for regular Capitol people. I need to know what life is like in District 10, how does killing an animal in the farms prepare them for killing in the arena I need to know what people with loved ones in the games do when it’s going on, and what they do after when the bodies are returned. There’s so much I need to know!!!!!!
Honestly my most wanted Hunger Games book is a story about Gale after Mockingjay. I think it’d be so interesting seeing him make a new life for himself after the war. I’d also love if he and Katniss rekindled their friendship! But that could just be me
Man cuz I fr feel like that’s he such a boring movie. I feel like he’d turn into a depressed drunk like haymitch because of the guilt he feels about prim and losing katniss to peeta which would destroy gale. And I’d also have to deal with imagining Gail scenes the entire book/ movie which is basically torture💁♀️
I just don’t think there’s much to “rekindle.” Katniss had a sort of awakening when Gale was talking about burying the HQ in district 2. She thought about how he had said things of the sort and even worse when they were hunting, and while it was all just ‘talk’ back then, he was now putting those words into actions that couldn’t be undone. Gale showed his capacity for cruelty during the rebellion, and unlike Katniss, I don’t think he felt as morally compromised afterward. He truly believed that violence needed to be met with violence, and that’s not a person I think would do too well in peacetime.
@@Tavi78 I respect your opinion! But there are a couple reasons why I think they could. 1- This quote here: “I think about going to the lake, but I’m so weak that I barely make it to my meeting place with Gale. I sit on the rock where Cressida filmed us, but it’s too wide without his body beside me. Several times I close my eyes and count to ten, hoping that when I open them, he (Gale) will have materialized without a sound, as he so often did”. 2- In the movies, Gale 1000% showed remorse for what happened. While in the books, Gale wasn’t crying, BUT, there’s so many details to show he still feels remorse. For starters, Katniss says he was in a state of “dark twisted sadness” walking in, he couldn’t look meet her eyes, and it’s implied that he and Beetee had a convo about if the bombs where theirs (Which neither know if they were). The thing about Gale people forget is he hated the way children were killed in the games, his home, and the hospital, he never would’ve supported that attack. 3- Gale went back to d2 to help clean up after the war, he was still trying to help restore peace after everything. Just my opinion but thats why I think that they could work it out and why Gale was trying to restore peace to Panem!
I would personally love to see a novel/movie on the 25th Hunger Games of the Dark Days just because those additions would likely not take away from the overall meaning of the franchise
List of what we still could see: The first rebellion The first hunger games of all The first quarter quell( the special rule was that the tributes were chosen by their district💀) The 11th, that could work as a sequel for the ballad of songbirds and snakes, showing how snow started to implement his ideas on the games to make a spectacle, how he ascended to the power and his relation with Tigris getting worse. And that was also Maggs’ game, so we could see district 4 The 2nd quarter quell, haymitch’s game, (the special rule was the double of tributes from each district💀💀) Johanna’s game also, how she acted to be weak an at the end just killed everybody with her axe, and all her family was murdered because she refused to be sell her body to the capitol because after she won. Everyone in the country wanted a night with her(disgusting) Also finnick game, how he was the younger of all victors(only forteen🥺) and how in the future, snow started to sell him and his body as a sex slave to the wealthiest of the capitol, how this abuse changed his mind I just know we still have so much to explore on this universe but for sure most of the us will never be brought to reality in movies or new books because everyone would accuse them of trying to make more money( what is true), but we(the fans and public) would love to see this
I was a sequel to the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes in Snows POV with the first quarter quell. Think about it, we’ll get to see middle aged snow rise to power and become head game maker then president, we get to see them creating the whole idea of the first quarter quell, Gaul’s death, we’ll see whatever almost rebellion caused snow to create the quarter quells, Tigris as a stylist and then snow and tigris complete falling out, the creation of the tribute centre after the death of grandmam, how much the games have changed in 15 years, career destructs becoming an actual thing, the consequences of each district having to vote which of their own people go into the games, what the games are like with some of the past victors being mentors, the beginning of the victors tour, teenage ceasar flickerman learning the ropes from his dad, trigris plastic surgery, technological advancements, the new mutts, Snow probably murdering the Plinths for their fortune, etc, There’s so much to explore in this time period.
I'd love to have a book about Annie's Hunger Games, she was a career tribute who voluntered w her district partner, they were promissed money, glory, basically the world and she had it all shatter to her face when her partner was killed and she went mad. This would give us more of a insight on district 4 and also would help us see how careers actually are and also see how they react as everything they believe falls apart as they see the reality of the games
I’d love to see a movie from the POV of a career. Specially the career from district 2 and lead a rebellion. We all know that the young victors were tormented after the games and often had their families threatened killed to keep them in order. What could have possibly happened to the career in 2 to lead the rebellion? I’d love to see her games and the aftermath all the way up to the rebellion. We’ve never seen a movie where we follow one character from adolescence to adulthood
I can't get enough of the Hunger Games! I love the way you put it all into words; you expressed mine and many other's thoughts exactly. The spirit of standing up to the oppressors is precisely why we all keep coming back to the series. It's something I personally love rewatching and reading over again because it gives me the closure I can't find in reality. With all the uncertainty of where society is heading now and with no sense of resolution in sight for the unrest, we have this inspirational series. The act of viewing a rebellion unfold and good triumphing in a way that could be as close to home as The Hunger Games just makes me feel more courageous and hopeful about the possibility of peace. I come back for a lot of the characters as well. I'm sure we can all see ourselves in their places and fantasize what it would be like to be the warrior or the healer ..
In all honesty, I feel like the Hunger Games lore is so attracting because it's harder to comprehend with it happening in America than a country currently run under a dictatorship. It provides a look into what that form of government could look like here in the U.S. (I DON'T want this btw). Not to mention, the idea of turning average kids between 12-18 into 'spectacles' that can have bets placed on them to win the games by killing one another is.. such a crazy idea it's unfathomable. We can all admit to re-watching the movies because they are so well done. However, like myself, I'm betting most of you only watch 'The Hunger Games', and 'Catching Fire' over and over because they involve a games. The whole premise of the 1st 2 movies is to set up the inevitable- the second rebellion. However, with the movies we'd like to see, that build up could also be included and I think there is plenty more story to tell. That being said, I'd really like to see roughly 3-4 more games that could be made as separate movies or made together to some degree. - Haymitch's games. (2nd quarter quell) - Finnick Odair's games. (Youngest to ever win at 14) - At least 1 or 2 'career tribute' games (Enobaria/Brutus/Gloss/Cashmere). So we may see the favorite win, and how they are treated post games. - The 1st Hunger Games (What was this like?), and 25th. (1st quarter quell) I would also note that in each of these scenarios, it is likely that Snow is President of Panem.
I love Most of the ideas Here. Im a fan of cashmere so, i would love to see her Hungergames and how she changed her View on the Hungergames after getting prostetuted. It would be a huge shock for her because she thought district 1 had some privelegs
I've been wanting more short stories in the Hunger Games universe. Stories not always from the perspective of a player or a major character. Not even necessarily from a teenager, either. I think a screen adaptation of this might be better in something like the American Horror Stories series, an anthology of episodic stories that exist in the same universe and aren't necessarily told in order, and can differ in length. There's just so much more to this world I want to explore.
Haven't finished the video just wanted to put my original thoughts out before I watch this. I really think they should make more films and books if Suzanne Collins wants to return to it. I read somewhere that she only wants to write something if it has a good message behind it or something like that since she writes for young adults or older kids. Again, this is what I heard, so this may not be the case. However, I love the world of Panem and what possibilities it has for the lore. Perhaps I am just greedy, but I really think there's a lot of story left in the world of Panem and the Hunger Games. For instance, A Dark Days / First Rebellion novel would be pretty great. A 25th Hunger Games novel would be great as well. A Hunger Games Anthology tv series would be great as well. But here's the caveat of all of these possibilities, it only works if Suzanne Collins has some connection to it. I don't think we should get a film without her involvement. I would love if Suzanne Collins released a companion book about the History of the Hunger Games, but it have to be like the last thing produced for the IP since it could spoil future projects. Perhaps one could be written just for the one's who own the Hunger Games film IP or something instead and they just release things like that.
OMG Yes, thank you for verbalizing the feelings us Hunger Games fans have. Since many of us live in worlds where our oppressive systems don't respond to us (no matter how much voting, protesting, and "resisting" we do), having media that gives us hope is POWERFUL! Also no shade to any fellow fans, but the only Hunger Games movie/book that we need/feels legitimate is the 25th Hunger Games & 1ST Qaurter Quell. We have sufficient info about the 1st rebellion, 50th Hunger Games, and Finnick's HG to get a rough picture - but know next to nothing bout the 25th. It would also serve as a psuedo-sequal to BoSBaS (to let us check in on our favorite dictator Snow) but would be amazing to delve into the politics and politicking of each District as they vote who to send. (We also do need plenty of world-building on many of the districts still).
the way i see it, theyre not real people. like thats where i draw the line. if it was a non fiction story then sure but here i dont think it really matters if you enjoy seeing someone go through hardship. like no harm no foul? the whole mindset of the capital is that the district children are less civilized and less human than the capital citizens. which to them makes it okay that they kill each other. so they can dissociate and start to think its a form of fiction. especially in the later games after the anger caused by the dark days had subsided. which puts us in a similar situation to the capital citizens as veiwers of the games. but the key difference is that we do not live in that world, therefore it is not propoganda to us. The main thing like in your video though is that the message of the franchise is opposed to the capital. so even if you enjoy the fighting youre not gonna like the rest of the story cuz its gonna make you feel bad for liking the fighting lol. (and i dont think anyones gonna walk away thinking theyre more human than the kids fighting either) squid game is a good point of comparison. the characters in the show are not real, but the circumstances mirror really closely. is it bad to enjoy watching them fight for their lives? i have less of a hard stance on this but i dont think so. the characters arent real, and i dont think anyone will walk away thinking we should have a real life squid game where people die. Now the squid game reality show? well the people are real butt theyre not dying. so i would lump it in with any other poorly produced reality shows. the thing is though is you could definitly walk away thinking that what those contestants went through is okay, and i dont think thats right. so i really dont think that that show should have been made. double but, its fine to watch if u can seperate those two things in youre head. its okay to sympathise with the devil, but you dont have to think what hes doing is right
It made me think a little about the franchise... like, I want more movies and I want them all to feature the Hunger Games. I want to see more of the evolution. The show. But yeah, I'm not looking for violence... of course, it's sad... horrible... considering it could be a reality... but it's the other factors that make me want to see more. Haymitch's Game is probably the one most requested, and it seems to be the best option. The game itself doesn't need to be ALL the movie like The Ballad of songbirds and snakes.. we can see the before, the after... how Haymitch became who he is
Actually, it would be a great if they made a series and showed the experiences of each survivor tribute, episode by episode like each episode for one survivor yk
Hunger Games movies we need :The Dark days before the First Ever annual Hunger games,This movie would be good and can explain more about panem History,Maybe the Main Character would be Crassus Snow(Coryo's dad) :The First Ever Annual Hunger Games,It would be great that because they would use a small arena to fight,Some tributes get shooten for not fighting and freezing at their platform. And the First ever Victor of the Games,Dr.Volumnia Gaul can be The main Character of the series,or maybe the Victor themselves :The Second Quarter Quell,It would be good as we can see more tributes in the arena and of course the time it needs untill the game end is more than 18 days like the 74th games,Haymitch is Actually The main character of the Games Or Maybe,If we cant have Movies, then we need Books
Problem is that you cannot really make a movie without having a book. Yes, the original trilogy mentions a quite a bit about other tributes and other games, especially Haymitch. It's Suzanne Collin's world, and to make a movie out of a book that doesn't exist would make it a spin off and not canon to the story. I would love more movies, but there has to be books first.
Hey. Just wanna say as a big Hunger Games fan, I really enjoyed this video. Also have really liked many of the other vidoes on your channel. Hope you get more attention in the near future!
I wanna see finnicks games, first games, and a series of books and films from after the mockingjay with Kat Miss and peseta and their children and hunger games from peeta perspective
I think those books/ movies were really important and had such an impact on me. It teaches humanity but not in an abstract, unrelatable way; in a way that is raw, unapologetic and almost repulsive because it’s real people, vulnerable yet strong. They follow their instincts bad or good because it’s the only thing they can depend on. Personally it made me question what right we have as a majority to think individuals are less important than the group as a whole. Don’t you as an individual who hides behind this golden majority, see how it doesn’t make sense?
Hunger games are a very popular minigame in plataforms like Minecraft and Roblox. We play those games for fun qnd competition. Pretty sure a lot of people would like more games. Yes and violence is entertaining
Wrong i want a hunger game series explicitly about the games. I want more parades, silly costumes, fantastical arena set pieces, drama and action. I'd be interesed in quarter quell stories but I want more spectacle. Maybe a Hunger Games: If.. if Katniss was killed in the 74th and the rebellion was squandered. Maybe the 100th Quarter Quell
also side note jennifer lawerence played katniss perfectly yes i guess she could’ve been a tiny bit smaller in height and age but other than that she was perfect beautiful and portrayed her character drive and fight and lack of like almost awareness of the bigger picture perfectly she was perfect and i read the books like five times
She certainly doesn’t fit my idea of book Katniss, but she did a phenomenal job. A lot of Katniss’ characterisation in the book comes from her internal thoughts, so in movie form, it isn’t as easy to portray. I couldn’t see any other actor doing as good of a job as Jennifer did.
i wanna see the first quarter quell, the theme of it was disgusting as the districts literally had to vote who to send in and i think it would be very interesting seeing how the tributes reacted to that and how the victor of the games lived after the games being forced to live in a district full of everyone who voted them into a death game
i… don’t want any more hunger games things.. books or movies. i love them, but what we have is enough. we have haymitch’s hunger games (in catching fire), we have snow’s backstory, we have the ‘lore’. suzanne collins is a brilliant author and did an amazing job with the series but i think anything more just won’t be as great, especially as it’s not needed. i could mayyyyybe see the 25th hunger games, maybe set in a different district like district 8 or 6 to let us see those games since we do ‘see’ the 50th games.
i need hunger games: abernathy or whatever the title would be for haymitch. i need it. and yes i want the violence showed in the movie. the depiction of violence is important in order to see how fucked up what the capitol does is
Something i never see people talk about is the hunger games of the capital kids. What if it DID end up happening? Personally, thats the one i want the most but i could see if it doesnt happen :]
the series isn't as fleshed out as it can be , we still have the 25th quarter quell in that the quell twist has the most despicable and that is the district has to vote for who goes into the games i don't think we need to explain why that would be a massive moral dilemma and people want to see a story like that
ALSO rachel FUCKING SLAYED lucy gray i do agree that they changed her character alittle too much for my liking in the movie but rachel absolutely slayed her vocals voice spirit everything
I want to see ALL of the Victor's games that they won. I really want to see Johanna tell her her story about her games. Acting like she wasn't a threat before she violently kills the last few & wins! She had the most tragic life, imo.
RIGHTTTT jenna malone was perfect as johanna in those movies and she was one of the most interesting victors from the books, i hope we get it after haymitch's
We have violent movies for the same reason that the Romans had the gladiators fighting each other or beasts, for entertainment. Infact those gladiator arenas were made during times when they weren't actively at war
I think if the games were to be adapted, they would have to come out as a mini series on streaming platforms like Netflix. Each episode would have to highlight not only the victor’s games, but an underlying message that stays true to the books’ central point of the cruelty of the Capitol and oppression of the districts. An example could be Annie Cresta’s games and the lack of therapeutic support in an apathetic country like Panem. Or highlight Cashmere’s games and how an entitled and overconfident career victor realizes the harsh reality of her actual status as an attractive victor (forced escorting/prostitution). Save the movies for the book adaptations which usually have more complex themes like with the hunger games trilogy questioning what a just war is, or BOSAS asking what natural human law is.
man that’s so disappointing. rewatching the movies this winter was honestly very difficult for me bcs i couldn’t stop thinking about what palestine is going thru, and now this??? yikes
When that girl from the capital in Snow’s class died by the broken bottle in her neck (I forgot her name), I literally hid my own neck because I don’t like gore/violence moments like these. But I still want more hunger games movies, the characters are interesting!
I say make the hunger games the series were all the winners have a episode of there story and if they passed someone tell there story that know them and the only reason they both won is they don't want a repeat of what cirrus quell did
I wanna see the first rebellion, i wanna see the first ever hunger games, i wanna see the official long version of 50th quarter quell, i wanna see finnick hunger games, i wanna see the 25th quarter quell
I also think it would be good to focus on a district besides 12
i wanna see hay mitch backstory
yes yes and yes!! I have a deep desire to know all of the Panem lore, character lore, etc. The Hunger Games has mad Marvel-level potential and it’s so upsetting that there isn’t MORE 😭
Why do u wanna see so many kids dying.. Susane Collins writes if she has sm to say..
Do u mean the 1st Quarter Quell?
One idea I think would be great for future Hunger Games film would be either one covering the 50th Hunger Games, since thats the one that Haymich won, and since it was also a quarter quell, would be the most intense one with 48 tributes.

oh if we ever see haymich's hunger games it would emotionally wreck me. double the tributes, how do you survive that? and if i remember correctly from the books, he did something with the shield that immensely upset the capitol and he got punished for... i would love to see it but oh my poor haymich

for a second i thought you said there should be a real hunger games lmao😭
It would be interesting to see what life is like in districts other than 12 if we see Mags from district 4, it’ll be the opposite side of the country

Wanting more of the franchise just means wanting to see more of us as a humanity and how we might possibly react.
i got too focused on the good guys, thank you for that! i agree, the capitol itself is also just a reflection of some of our not so nice parts
I do love the endurance of the districts, but I love puzzles the game makers come up with and how the tributes try to survive
that too! that clock arena!!!
Reaper tearing down the flag is my FAVORITE MOMENT of all the films it’s so emotional and touching
A movie on Finnick would be interesting. Him trying to fit in with the Career tributes but at the end siding with the more poorer districts. Maybe his fashion designer could be Tigris and we could see her downfall. And maybe explore some of the exploitation President Snow did to Finnick.
You mentioning Tigris is the 1st time I've ever been convinced on seeing Finnick's game. Great idea!
I agree, it would just be much more traumatic. Poor haymitch. No wonder he became an alcoholic
@@tanzenuanchorgreenps7864 I didn't know Collins said no more movies!!! Crazy
@@hannonbaggin1649technically she said no more HG content after the trilogy, but she broke her promise with Ballad
Well put! I would have to completely agree. I would loveeeee more films, but you opened my eyes to a new perspective, thanks!
Anthology show would be good. With each season focusing on a different hunger games.
This honestly is the wisest approach IMHO
@starwish1037 , I see someone wants a 72 season show 😂
For me, an antology series where each episode is a different hunger game would be the best way to expand the universe
I REALLY want a first quarter quell (25th games) prequel! Mainly because it's the most important games we know little about
what i want is a television show about the OG trilogy. there are way too many important details for the books to be condensed into 2 hr long movies!
Don't forget she also puts a snake in Mayfair dress
A hunger games animated series would be sick as hell
I need a story that focuses on the lives of career tributes from Districts 1 and 2 and the brainwashing that gets them to think the games are aspirational, and the realization they all seem to get at some point that the whole thing is a sham (Cato’s seemed to come when he was in the Arena).
I need to see Finnick and Annie’s games because I just know they were careers that had this realizations
I need to see what life is like in the pre-2nd-rebellion modern Capitol for regular Capitol people.
I need to know what life is like in District 10, how does killing an animal in the farms prepare them for killing in the arena
I need to know what people with loved ones in the games do when it’s going on, and what they do after when the bodies are returned.
There’s so much I need to know!!!!!!
Finnicks games would be cool for a movie to show how snow took advantage of the victors and sold them it would be pretty dark
either a rebellion film, a rise to power with snow or haymitch’s games is my wish
@@kinleyharris6076 maybe for you, but Gales my favorite character, so a book with only Gale scenes would be heaven for me 😅🥰
I just don’t think there’s much to “rekindle.” Katniss had a sort of awakening when Gale was talking about burying the HQ in district 2.
@@WhoreforeEspresso the prim reaper is your favorite character?!?! Can you just elaborate on why😭
loving the resurgence of hunger games videos and I loved this one. Great work!
Future commenter here: we’re getting a new book and movie about the Second Quarter Quell, so yeah. This is happening.
I would personally love to see a novel/movie on the 25th Hunger Games of the Dark Days just because those additions would likely not take away from the overall meaning of the franchise
The top 5 I would want:
1: 50th hunger games
2: 25th
3: 11th
4: Rebellion/1st
5: Joanna
Edit: Spelling
Guess what lol
List of what we still could see:
The first rebellion
The first hunger games of all
The first quarter quell( the special rule was that the tributes were chosen by their district💀)
The 11th, that could work as a sequel for the ballad of songbirds and snakes, showing how snow started to implement his ideas on the games to make a spectacle, how he ascended to the power and his relation with Tigris getting worse. And that was also Maggs’ game, so we could see district 4
The 2nd quarter quell, haymitch’s game, (the special rule was the double of tributes from each district💀💀)
Johanna’s game also, how she acted to be weak an at the end just killed everybody with her axe, and all her family was murdered because she refused to be sell her body to the capitol because after she won. Everyone in the country wanted a night with her(disgusting)
Also finnick game, how he was the younger of all victors(only forteen🥺) and how in the future, snow started to sell him and his body as a sex slave to the wealthiest of the capitol, how this abuse changed his mind
I just know we still have so much to explore on this universe but for sure most of the us will never be brought to reality in movies or new books because everyone would accuse them of trying to make more money( what is true), but we(the fans and public) would love to see this
I was a sequel to the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes in Snows POV with the first quarter quell.
I'm sure we can all see ourselves in their places and fantasize what it would be like to be the warrior or the healer ..
amazing vid omfg im so gagged your such a small channel i literally just loved hearint u talk
Finnick's games would be nice but I doubt it, but I will dream...
I would love to see the games involving the Tributes from Catching Fire. Would love to see Mags's story, and Haymich's.
Well this aged well..
Womderful video😊 love any hunger games content, and movie review types. Ill go check out your channel! This is my first time here.
As the 279th subscriber.. just wanted to show some love. ❤
That's what I was thinking! It could be like The Purge series. Hunger Games at different years of specific significance.
The quarter quells would be amazing to see, the twists involved, the winners and all that
In all honesty, I feel like the Hunger Games lore is so attracting because it's harder to comprehend with it happening in America than a country currently run under a dictatorship.
(2nd quarter quell)
- Finnick Odair's games. (Youngest to ever win at 14)
- At least 1 or 2 'career tribute' games (Enobaria/Brutus/Gloss/Cashmere). So we may see the favorite win, and how they are treated post games.
- The 1st Hunger Games (What was this like?), and 25th. (1st quarter quell)
I would also note that in each of these scenarios, it is likely that Snow is President of Panem.
I love Most of the ideas Here. Im a fan of cashmere so, i would love to see her Hungergames and how she changed her View on the Hungergames after getting prostetuted. It would be a huge shock for her because she thought district 1 had some privelegs
I wanna see katniss when she is little like how the games impacted her and before her dad died
Mini 6 episodes of Finnic, Gal, Joanna, Peta, Haymitch, etc, or a movie of the dark days would be so cool.
I want to see the 11th hunger games, because I want to see how much they change due to snow’s contribution and I also want to see Mags’s games
(and i dont think anyones gonna walk away thinking theyre more human than the kids fighting either)
squid game is a good point of comparison. the characters in the show are not real, but the circumstances mirror really closely. is it bad to enjoy watching them fight for their lives? i have less of a hard stance on this but i dont think so. the characters arent real, and i dont think anyone will walk away thinking we should have a real life squid game where people die.
Hunger Games movies we need
:The Dark days before the First Ever annual Hunger games,This movie would be good and can explain more about panem History,Maybe the Main Character would be Crassus Snow(Coryo's dad)
:The First Ever Annual Hunger Games,It would be great that because they would use a small arena to fight,Some tributes get shooten for not fighting and freezing at their platform. And the First ever Victor of the Games,Dr.Volumnia Gaul can be The main Character of the series,or maybe the Victor themselves
:The Second Quarter Quell,It would be good as we can see more tributes in the arena and of course the time it needs untill the game end is more than 18 days like the 74th games,Haymitch is Actually The main character of the Games
Or Maybe,If we cant have Movies, then we need Books
Hungry for more HUNGER GAMESSS
All the quarter quells wanted. I want to see the progression of the games over time
Problem is that you cannot really make a movie without having a book. Yes, the original trilogy mentions a quite a bit about other tributes and other games, especially Haymitch.
It's Suzanne Collin's world, and to make a movie out of a book that doesn't exist would make it a spin off and not canon to the story. I would love more movies, but there has to be books first.
We need a TV series honestly, the way the prequel was rushed and didn’t seem to cover much is why
Hey. Just wanna say as a big Hunger Games fan, I really enjoyed this video. Also have really liked many of the other vidoes on your channel. Hope you get more attention in the near future!
Thank you, you are kind
Thank you for making this! Very well done
I want to see a movie and a book about previous victors
This is actually a lot of great reasons and a great video
yeeeeessssss, also, i would love the story of kattnisses parents
I wanna see finnicks games, first games, and a series of books and films from after the mockingjay with Kat Miss and peseta and their children and hunger games from peeta perspective
"You want more Hunger Games? You want more violence?"
Yes.
I'm curious of what the hunger games people are going to do for the 100th hunger games
I want to see a hunger games movie with every tributes pov the way it would be suspenseful and unpredictable
obsessed! subscribing!
The is my fav franchise ever and is the first book I actually was happy to read
i wanna see the backstories of people like haymich(one of my comfort characters)
Idk man I just like seeing them hunt each other in the arena
I want to see Haymitch, Johanna and Finnick’s Hunger games. Especially Finnick’s, because he is the youngest to ever win a game
They should do the 50th hunger games.
I want to see Haymitch's victory
i want a movie about haymitch’s game!
I totally agreee, this prequel was great 👍 . 😊
Ive watchdd a video about haymitch.I want one of haymitch and also seen mor effie for some reason.
The director signed to support the war going on tho 😭
man that’s so disappointing. rewatching the movies this winter was honestly very difficult for me bcs i couldn’t stop thinking about what palestine is going thru, and now this??? yikes
I need to see Haymitch’s games so bad
Great vid!
I really loved this movie 🍿
Definitely hoping for a hunger games of the 2nd quarter quell
When that girl from the capital in Snow’s class died by the broken bottle in her neck (I forgot her name), I literally hid my own neck because I don’t like gore/violence moments like these. But I still want more hunger games movies, the characters are interesting!
Arachne, and I legit gagged when I read that scene in the book, it made me envision this so much worse, keep in mind I had seen the movie first
I am the 385th subscriber 🎉
Thank you you shut those people up who always make that dumb argument.
I say make the hunger games the series were all the winners have a episode of there story and if they passed someone tell there story that know them and the only reason they both won is they don't want a repeat of what cirrus quell did
I want to see Mags Hunger Games
