This would make for either a good starter home or for someone who wants to downsize. I absolutely really love the layout of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins, the master bathroom with the arch way as tub is there, and the pantry area. Also, that little sitting area when you walk in from the garage.
Absolutely beautiful home! The exterior is gorgeous and I absolutely love that deck! I don't really like the open floor plan but what are you going to do? Everyone seems to want that now. Everything is where it belongs in the utility room: water heater (not in a bedroom closet 😂), breaker box and attic access. Square sinks in the bathrooms are my favorite too. The only thing I don't like is the closet in the master bathroom. It is incredible like you said!
I love the office and the master closet is massive. The shower needs a door. Cozy living room with fireplace, but I don't like the old looking wood, the wood in the kitchen is better. I would add a built-in microwave. I'm blown away by that pantry! 😮I could see myself in this house.
Wisconsin knows that front door closets need to be wide and long! Like South Dakota, winter is long and cold in Wisconsin. We wear bulky parkas. Tiny Southern front door closets wouldn't be able to contain them!

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are fantastic!! Great Designs, The Structure is Well Built!! The Laundry Room is Fantastic, it looks like a regular room!! You can add, anything else that you want, to this magnificent 🏠🏡!! You can have a deck or a patio, built on, You can, also have a Sunporch, built on or anything else, that your hearts desires!! This is REALLY unique and not boxy! I will be ordering a new home in January, I have it picked out, but if this one were available in Virginia, AND if it was a bit bigger, I would be thinking very seriously about it! ** oh, and the large drawers in the butler's pantry are most likely for table linens as they are not convenient to the cooking area. **And the crank out windows! I didn't know anyone still made those! Probably Andersen. Really nice! Good find!
I like the study, I love all of the windows; they make the house nice and bright. I'm not really into the rustic look, but the living room is well done. I don't like how low the microwave is. It would be useless for anyone with a bad back. I love the backsplash and cabinets, and it's great to have a cutting board there. As attractive as they are, I wouldn't have any floating shelves because I wouldn't be able to reach them to dust, I wouldn't want dust catchers in the kitchen, and I don't want to have to decorate in the kitchen. I love, love , love the pantry.
Great pantry and good size on 2nd bedroom (with w/in closet!). In primary bath, I'd prefer the shower in the arch where the tub is. Can it be put on a slab with no basement? Some of us can't do stairs anymore as we downsize.
I love this layout but need 3 bedrooms. I would never have a basement. I wonder if they can use that space for a three bedroom. Technically the study is a third bedroom bc it has a closet, however it’s too small for a bedroom and I really like the idea of having a study.

There always has to be something though...lol I'd want a longer porch elevation, microwave in the wall, and I'd tweak the floorplan in the master bath and laundry room a little if possible ( I like the floorplan in the video with the stairs going up and side by side washer/dryer). I'd buy into these modular homes even more if and when I can get a 10' ceiling in the living room. I have a tall, massive antique armoire and I'm not getting rid of it. 😄

You are right about how he speeds through plus it makes his camara work too jerky so it is hard to watch the video. Almost feels that he wasn't given permission to be there or maybe he was given some restrictions to what he could film 😅

Those stackable washer/dryers are useless. If you don't keep the washer door open, you have an awful smell, and you can't keep the door open...plus it drips water on the floor. Speed Queen makes the BEST washing machines. They have a shock absorber built in. where's my folding table and my place to hang things on hangers?

Make the master bathroom have a pony wall deviding the toilet space from the tub space for more privacy and better aesthetics. Tile shower.
