I'm glad you toured it! I love almost everything about this home (microwave placement was the only thing I didn't like because I see it as a safety concern if there are children in the house)! Love the layout, use of pocket doors, the pull out cutting board (so useful, well placed, and doesn't have to go in a drawer or sit out on the counter!) and the backsplash is really nice! Shall we talk about that amazing hidden butler pantry?! That has got to be the coolest feature! I can see all sorts of ways to utilize it! It can serve as a race track for the littles or the doorway to Narnia or other imaginative things! If you didn't opt for a basement, the stairwell area would make a great study space or craft area!
That pantry with the hidden walkway is something you don't see in homes unless someone modified their own home. That was a slick feature. I also love how the office is right next to the Master.

Always prefer Euro showers. It's less claustrophobic as well as more wheelchair friendly. Also block less light. Floating shelves toeither side of range hood would require a lot of fussy cleaning.
I love love LOVE this house for the flow and light and rear facing design. This is the absolutely BEST liveable house you've ever shown! I would choose this one for myself and I'm saving it to my list. It checks all my boxes and you know that I'm pretty picky. Lol Thank you Timothy!
Beautiful home. I think I would consider that office to be a third bedroom if necessary since it has a closet. Love you are touring Wisconsin! I grew up by The Dells!

That island is so nice and large it could almost be the dining room table.
As a woman, I know this home was designed by a woman, it has checked just about every box, and surprised me with the walk through pantry. BEAUTIFUL. Best Floorplan I've EVER seen for a single or couple. excellence. Wish they had this design for Texas & OK.
I wish we could find it in Ohio! How lovely for this retired couple that would be! With 14 grandchildren, even a small basement would be a wise option for us. My mouth flew open with the pantry! ❤️ 💙 Thanks for the tour.
It feels like a much larger home than one that's just under 1790 square feet. Nicely done! Love the basement option! Would prefer not to have stacked washer & dryer though.

Loved everything about this house, if I bought this house I would asked the builder to extend the dining rooms. It’s a little too tight for me. Love the office right next to the master bedroom.

Omg what a nice home this is its onley two bedrooms but it is very spacious i love the kitchen and the living room with the dining it flows so well and the bild ins where you tv is going and the fire place i love the bedrooms and bathrooms thank you for showing us this amazing home take care thimoty and God bless

Two bedroom with study/office is perfect for us retired folks. And that pantry is great. Something like this without basement/attic would work for me. Really like this layout.
Hi Tim,Jen, and boys. Oh my I love this home. The outside red color with gables is a show stopper. The white trim is perfect really highlights the red. Love the inside. This is beautiful in the inside. I love the study. The kitchen is drop dead gorgeous! I love the master bedroom. Love the bathroom. This home is perfect inside and out. The finishes are beautiful. The fireplace looks fantastic. What a perfect home. Love everything about this home. Wonderful showing and narration. High end looking home, perfect!

Just went and toured this home after watching your video! This was our favorite between Wisconsin and Stratford homes. A few things we’d reconfigure, but overall a top contender!

This house is beautiful. The microwave ISN’T over the cook top, and wood decor kept to a minimum. After living in homes that don’t have a decent pantry (only a cupboard), or a tiny laundry room, I believe these two areas to be essential features. If they were a little bit bigger, the house would be perfect.

I like it. Only some minor changes to make it mine. I'd like a wider to the right and deeper front porch.
I personally am not a tub person so in the Master Bath I'd like a large tiled shower. Taking out the small shower perhaps there would then be room for a Toilet Closet. Might have to steal a foot from the study to make the bathroom wider for a wide enough Toilet Closet.
I'd put the microwave in that Pantry rather than down low. Put more drawers in the island there then.
The garage door I'd have moved further to the right. Seems odd they have it to the extreme left where the laundry is. It could easily be moved 2 feet. Then I'd have side by sides, not a fan of stackables.

This is such a pretty home! The study can be a bedroom as well. Maybe for the youngest kiddo since its right next to the master.
I've watched close to 50 of these videos from various you tubers. This guy by far is one of the best. And this house!!! I love it. One thing I don't see in a lot of these homes is room for a full sized freezer. I'm assuming that would be put in the garage? Anyway. Great job & man I live this home & glad you took us on a tour of it.

I hope you got some cheese while you were here😁. I saw your quick video of the stratford home and was thinking, wait is he in stratford, WI? Now I will go back and look for that video. This is a nice home I would modify it since I so not have a basement I would turn that area into a small office/study/craft area i would turn the office into a bedroom and in the master bath I would get rid of the tube to make the shower bigger cause that shower was a let down but if course that is me since we all have different styles
Really a showpiece of a home. Except for the cheap shower stall in the MBTH , which can probably be upgraded.
With just a few modifications it would be a ideal home for us. Replace the fireplace with a smoke burning wood stove. Put real cupboards on each side of the stove. I, like most people who cook everything from scratch, hate wasted space.
The pantry could hold appliance on one side and wine and beer making on the other, and still have food storage.
The weird little area by the basement step area could hold a big upright freezer.
The den would be the man cave.
You could have a massive walk around porch.

I love this house. I'm not fond of the rustic look or open shelves, so I would change that, and also remove the tub and have a nice big zero barrier shower. But the pantry is fabulous and the kitchen is close to my ideal kitchen. Great tour, thanks.

I love this everything but the shower. I hate those one piece showers, I like the fact they put a cabinet beside the frig inside of the wall which you can not open the fridge all the way.
Nice but what is the purpose of the cabinets by the tub? The doors won’t open.
It baffles me that the secondary bedroom have a bigger & wider closet than the primary suite....
I like this home very much. Just would want those cabinets to either side of the stove to have solid box with a door not open as shown and the pantry I would want all solid shelving.love the darker wood cabinets and two things about the master bathroom, the tub area is one of the very best looking and appointed tub area's I've seen, very nice, the toilet and shower I wish were switched with less room for the toilet expanding the shower size and make it a glass surround facing the tub and front of course and solid wall that has the toilet on other side behind the door.
ALL homes in the 70’s and earlier had those pullout cutting boards. Lol
What r the countertops?
Please tell me why you need that pocket door going into the hallway from the pantry?
