This convinced me to make the switch and the steps shared made this no hassle on what to do. Thanks! Put these same bulbs in a 2018 Midnight Edition Frontier.
Hey man! just saw your response. I put these on my 2016 front this weekend. have you had any problems with your battery after? I seem to be having some trouble.
Do the reflector housings cause a lot of bother for other drivers? I bought all new LEDs but I'm worried I'll need to buy all new housings. Have you have any complaints from other drivers?
I actually have never been flashed ever in the years that I installed these! I actually just got new housings for my truck that are projector beams with LEDs so be on the lookout for that video!
@@EthanSilver Hey man. did you have trouble with the light draining your battery? Since my install when I have gone to turn the truck on, the battery has been dead
Any problems with flickering? Lights on dash saying bulb out? Any need for using a canbus? I have a 2017 Nissan Frontier have led’s coming in…also bought the canbus resistor harness just in case…I’m going to install without canbus first then go from there …just wondering if you had any flickering!
@@EthanSilver I have installed the LED’s in my Nissan Frontier and no flickering ….good to go so at least on a 2017 frontier no need for a canbus… I used Sealight Xenower LED lighting 9007 bought thro Amazon in case anyone is looking to replace their headlights with LED
Hey man. I just installed these this past weekend on my truck. Did you have any trouble with them draining your battery? I may have not tightened the nut enough on the battery after I put it back in.
@@EthanSilver thanks and I have question with the fog lights everytime I use them the fog lights won’t turn when I use the fog lights only but it turns on when I use both
I tried over the weekend to get these in and after an hour struggling just on the driver's side called it quits. I'll try again this week-end but my 2019 Frontier so far isn't having any of it. Of course, it doesn't help that you can't see sheit on trying to put these in so the video of Auxito putting them on some other type of vehicle doesn't really help much, its all about feel and to me nothing really locks in. I even took a dremel to the white trim ring for the cord but the trim ring just won't lock into place. I'm sure the passenger side with even tighter space will be even more of a bitch. Why is nothing ever easy!

Awesome! Glad I could help. I actually just got entirely new headlight housing so that video will be out soon!
I just put these bulbs in my 2006 frontier, thanks to your video is was quick and painless.

I try to buy led for my nissan frontier but they say is illegal in florida put on so I have to put the same bulb
check my most recent truck video. Got projector beams now!
What year is your truck ? I bought auxito bulbs for my 19 frontier . Having issues with my high beams and low beams being backwards .
Mine is a 15, same system. You almost likely but them in backwards. Try taking out and reinstalling the opposite way.
@@EthanSilver I’m about to do this to my ‘19 this weekend. I’ll report back if it worked
@@XeLProductions did it end up working?
Do you have people flicking high beams on at you ? Just curious how bright they are to others
Good question. I actually have had 0 people flash their high beams at me which i guess means these things are pretty freakin good hahahah
Bruh i got the type s headlights and i got the same issue yet their website dont even sell that retainer for the 9004/9007 model

@@EthanSilver I would love to see that video. Saw the 870$ ones but it just seemed like to much money for only a 5-year warranty.
Great video man! This should work on a 2016 base model frontier right? I'm thinking of getting some of these.
100% Should work perfectly on a 2016!

A little confused about the white OEM retaining ring. Do you not use this at all???
Yes, still use it but just make sure that you are installing in the correct order.
@@EthanSilver The lights came in and they have updated them, there is no longer a fan or a pig tail wire it is just a plug and play.
Same process for 2017, yea?
I would assume it is same exact!

I got the same Frontier, i`m gonna try led lights! Thanks|
Awesome let me know how it goes!
