For LED headlights, normally there's a screw under the O-ring that allows you to split the bulb and let you install the retaining ring. Last time I saw an LED bulb comparison test, the Auxbeam headlights scatters quite badly. Those look to work quite well and you can see the very similar beam pattern comparing LED to the Halogen, really showing people that a good LED will not scatter and blind others.
The tight spot screw can be removed with a 1/4" ratchet, socket, and a Phillips driver bit with a hex shape. I tape them in so they don't fall out. I never trust double sided tape. GOOP glue on alcohol cleaned surfaces works best. Tape/wedge the item till cured. How much did all that cost?
