    My wife has a 2001 Kymco Zing 125cc (cruiser style) it used to be her mums it was in a shed for 10 years, new fuel, new oil, new brake fluid and plugs runs like a dream on the original tyre's (although should probably change them) can do 90kph but best to keep it around 80kph top speed. 23 years old and runs, sounds and looks really good. It's actually the bike in my profile picture.

    No rust on my ZSB so far except on exhaust. I have stopped this with an old fashioned remedy, painting it over with linseed oil every couple of weeks, pongs a bit when it burns on, but it stops the rust. I painted the bike all over with AC50 when I got it and this has kept the road salt at bay, will re- do it in spring. Thanks for the anthem, I get all the parts for my two Urals from a couple of good suppliers in Ukraine, my heart goes out to them. without them it will be pot luck on Flea- Bay.

    My 2017 Milano got sold when I got fed up of waiting for recall to get sorted, mostly ok until last few months. Would have kept it a bit longer had it not Been for the STOP RIDUNG notice. Now got wait for ADV350 to arrive instead

      The recall thin was a bit poor all it was is you needed to check the 2 bolts holding the exhaust

    what about hanway are the engines good enough to last because there making these bikes faster but my worry is at what price ? I also hear from someone on TH-cam that lexmoto has a problem with a fule cap that's part of the tank , is this true?

    • @Ridingreviews
      @Ridingreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      one person saying one bike has a issue with a fuel tank doesn't mean they all do most bikes regardless of the name are made in china quite a lot of the Japanese bike are too

    • @satrixremix7111
      @satrixremix7111 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Ridingreviews I know the Japanese haven't made a bike in there own country in over 25 years I think but I also know cars come with similar problems it's like a weakness certain makers have like Peugeot with electric problems on some car models and fiat with rust and major engine problems so it's only safe to say that bike makers may do the same thing.

    I once had a Neco Abruzzi 50, 13,000km failed it’s first MOT on engine mounts, rear shocks to hard and the exhaust corroded through within 3 years. Couldn’t even find a replacement exhaust for it. Nightmare for Chinese bikes

    • @Ridingreviews
      @Ridingreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The average lifespan of a 50 cc bike is 10000 miles but yes that bike wasnt made for long this is sometimes an issue with a short run bike we put one of them thru its first mot after sitting for 3 years and 6000 miles and no issue i think i have a video someware on my channel of that one

      @Biker the older engines the ohc or pudh rod engines are ok for the lower budget bikes but they lack power but there are a lot of better engines now like the zontes LXR ad neco ones that are dohc and have more power
