    I went plant based diet 2 years ago, absolutely life changing, it has made me become more conscious of what I put in my body. Anytime I am offered sugary, refined or gluten foods I have made it a habit to consciously say no before I am even tempted by the idea of it being tasty. I also ask myself the question of where it comes from and the process it went through. Great advice! Thanks for sharing!👍✌️🙏✊🔥 #StayBlissfulMyFriends

    This was an excellent video, really thought provoking. I don't look at just health and physical benefits, but been researching a lot on how food impacts our mental health too.

    unlike so many other health & fitness "experts", she doesn't sound like she's full of shit.

      Oh she's full of shit alright. She has zero qualifications to be any kind of food advocate and often fails at basic chemistry. She literally says that all chemicals are bad without realizing that literally EVERYTHING in the universe is made of chemicals. Humans for example are made up of chemicals like carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, etc...she fails to grasp this very basic concept and many others like it. She wrote a scathing blog about airlines once complaining that they were pumping nitrogen into the cabin, completely failing to realize that basic atmospheric air that we breathe daily, consists of 79% nitrogen and only 20ish% oxygen. Of course she took it down when every pointed out how ignorant she was but that is who she is. She is not qualified for anything and does nothing but lie and spout of wildly inaccurate non-sense because she doesn't understand basic science.

      My entire family has been vegan for 15 years and we NEVER consume Sugar - and rarely use oils.

      @@GroundbreakGames There is a big difference between sugar in a chocolate bar and sugar in fruit or veg.
      I would also say there is a difference between those and sugar from bread and pasta.
      Imo in terms of detriment to your health it goes processed like chocolate, sweet and soft drinks, processed like bread and pasta. And finally naturally occurring sugar in fruits and vegetables.
      Nothing is cut and dry.
