Obsessed with these videos!! Such a breath of fresh air from the other stuff that's out there. I always feel so strong yet relaxed when I do these and it keeps me coming back. Would love some even more detailed/basic instruction on activating the core - to really hone that mind-body connection.
Just recently started these (currently going through this playlist multiple times until I feel more proficient in these foundations) but this particular video just makes me feel so relaxed and mobile for the entire day. Good work
